    We expect too much of ourselves and we do too much! If anything, people need to slow down and stop trying to conquer everything, and do everything. I think just taking 15 minutes everyday to meditate and slow down. Too many goals, too many projects...live more simply and then you'll have more time to focus in on what might give you more joy.

    I heard you on Cliff Dunning's show. It's a great action for us ADHD people. Ennui is not to be feared.
