Fighting off gang rape is an amazing motivator.

Yeah but how do you do that while trying to do pullups at the same time

It’s simple, high calories, plenty of sleep and a constant stress environment produces higher levels of testosterone

      Stress lowers testosterone (Cortisol)

@@texaspatriot9159 Maybe it depends on the individual. Some people will not stress but take it as a challenge or something else and others will get anxious. I think the reactions are the result from the high or low testosterone levels and not the other way around.

Overtraining is not a myth. There are issues like tendonitis or rotator cuff impingement which you will most likely not be able to fix on your own and that will get worse if untreated.

Overtraining is very real. If you keep overloading your muscles without allowing them to recover, they'll never actually get stronger. It's a simple concept, when you lift, you create tears in your muscles, forcing them to heal and come back stronger. If you do this with no recovery, you'll just tear them further and get injured.

Charles Bronson is still alive man...in his 70s but in better shape then men in the 20s...honestly I'd rather look like Bronson then the guy you mentioned...there's reasons why he's labeled as uks most dangerous inmate...50+ years of nothing but working out makes a person VERY STRONG.😊
