Very motivating seeing bigger guys train. I weigh around 123kg. I was 137kg about a year ago and I've been weight training for about 4 months now. I can touch my toes, run for about 10 minutes non stop, deadlift my bodyweight. Can't do a chin up yet and my abs are weak, but I will keep pushing and building myself up
