@@kirbyfan3000 you have to “break them in” first, sounds stupid but with most brands of running shoes, you have a chance of getting injured if you go full on without breaking them in. obviously 2 miles probably won’t hurt, but for “heavy” runners it will. like 13 miles for example.

@@no-hl4vp i know there a break in period too but I didn't know you could get injured from it. I started running right away with my invincible 3 that I ended up returning lol... the outsole started to peel off after 2 miles
