My Biggest Brown Trout EVER on the Boise River (BIG CITY TROUT!!!)

Nice fish Matt! Many of those large Browns in the Boise are coming up from the Snake River to spawn this time of year. I have two special spots on the Boise as well that hold nice Browns in the winter too.

Thanks Les! Thanks for watching! I don’t think these come from the Snake as there are multiple dams between Boise and the Snake. I think it’s more just congregating in the deeper water this time of year. Certainly fun to catch though!

big fish!! trust me when i say there are even bigger and imho they fight harder in the valley here than the owyhee ones...those owyhee browns are weak these browns thump
