If his paws get cold, he just jumps up on your lap or scoots into bed to warm up a little, then he's straight back out there exploring! Thank you for this very serene video. I was wondering if you could drop them into your boots overnight to dry them out a bit and stop them from freezing?

Im in the Finnish Defence Forces doing my mandatory time in the military and on monday we are going to the forest for 9 days. Camping like this seems like such a luxury compared to the military stuff. Thanks to these videos im thinking of continuing camping after the military service just for my own fun.

Boomer looks like a rabbit jumping in the snow,he loves it, my Yorkie loved snow as well, when we had a huge snowfall, she buried her nose into the snow and kept going till she was completely under and she would move under the snow for at least a foot or two. She loved a fresh snowfall,sadly we had to say goodbye to her as she got very sick, we miss her so very much.But seeing Boomer run and play and showing you so much love is so fun. There's just one job I do differently: I cook patiently, using fresh and self-dehydrated ingredients, respectively. It takes much longer and might be less efficient. But I enjoy the pleasant anticipation too much. And of course the joy of taste😛🙏⭐💥 And the darkness in the forest before falling asleep.
I remember cold weather trips, that was before hot tents. Today it would only be 🔥 tent. Boomer is a real trooper. Jeremy hat tip on still cold camping. Great video.

The fact that you actually go back into the world of people after being surrounded by beauty like that is commendable. That is such insane scenery. I'd never want to leave it. Oh and for sure that's happened before with firewood. Next person just gets a fun surprise haha and I got to wear extra layers! LOL
Lovely to see snow as we don't get much here in UK. It is a shame when wood is processed and can't be used. I totally sympathise after your efforts. Glad both you and Boomer didn't get overly wet and took shelter sensibly though. Not the same situation but this year on my camping trip we had a bonfire ban because of all the dangerous fires over summer that kept happening due to extreme heatwave. So, unfortunately the owners of the campsite weren't too pleased after stocking tons of firewood processed for the campers that basically couldn't be stored dry for next year. Love your waxed blanket it looks so versatile!
