I have seen income housings that have had two houses with 5 bedrooms thrown in the middle of their income housing apartments with a few 3 bedrooms apt and plenty of two bedrooms apt. I was surprised thinking WOW that family has an entire house for $40 a month they ain't moving no time soon 🤷.

First floor fee - It reminds me of when we got a discount for living on the third floor. In a way, it was a win win win: we got extra exercise and some people didn't visit often cuz they didn't want to go up all of those stairs, lol. 😂

OOOOOHHHHH EJ ! This one hit different for me! True story time -- November 4th I put in a work order because my furnace wasn't working. Three in-person reports, three phone calls, three emails including a second work order. Called again yesterday finally they send maintenance. Guess what ? When they inspected the whole complexs furnaces some fool turned OFF my furnace and never turned it back ON. It took until yesterday November 21st to get this fixed!!!!! And, FWIW I live in Michigan. *SMDH*
This is off topic....but as a dental braces survivor, God bless you for wearing braces in 2024.... You are grown and sexy and funny as hell, but the fact that you are still wearing braces, you're a real one! ❤💯😎💎👑🙌🏾🙏🏾
True story... back in the day when we still used checks and we still lived in an apartment, one of my neighbors stole a box of checks from in front of my door. She went on a shopping spree at Rite Aid (2 separate trips totaling $300+) and then she bought diet supplements to get ready for her wedding. Her lawyer argued that the checks were delivered to her apartment. But... they were in MY name!!! She actually used them and wrote her driver's license on them!! She got off because they State's witness was late to court. She showed up to court 10 mins AFTER the judge dismissed the case. 🤦🏽♀️I did get one small victory... the apartment complex made her vacate. Not sure of the details but she moved shortly after this happened.
@@BeComingNyrell that's what we said!!! She'd already received a postponement because she hadn't secured counsel until right before the trial was supposed to start. I guess she couldn't use MY checks to pay him. To this day, I get irritated every time I think about her attorney and the judge. 😡
@@BeComingNyrell I only knew about the wedding because the diet supplements consultant called because she noticed my name on the check wasn't the name of the person that she'd been speaking with. I think my phone number was on my check (it's been 24 years now & I don't remember that specific part of what happened). At any rate, the consultant filled me in on my neighbor's wedding plans. 🙄

There's a fee for paying by debit or credit card, there's a 10% fee for paying by check, there's an extra fee if you pay by check or money order between Thursday and Sunday. There's a fee for breathing free air in the leasing office. My apartment life!
