- Darci Lynne Farmer lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on October 12, 2004. She is a ventriloquist. She first saw ventriloquism while at a church event, something clicked, and she decided she wanted to pursue ventriloquism. She asked her parents for a puppet to help her overcome her shyness, and on her tenth birthday, her parents surprised her with a puppet. Now, she would like to keep ventriloquism alive because it is not very common.

What I find amazing is how much control she has. As a ventriloquist, when she voices the puppet, she shows so much focus. I would be all over the place, especially if I was trying to sing too. That takes true concentration. The fact that she can sing so well while throwing her voice blows me away.

The most impressive part isn't the singing with her mouth closed, or staying in character, or just her voice in general. It's the fact that she can change her voice to fit each puppet. Its INCREDIBLE that she can make all these different voices; it is so amazing how at 12, she has so much control over her voice, and is capable of changing it up like that.

Fake Not Faker she practiced, i think for 2 years. Before each audition, she has to practice numerous times in order to not have a voice crack. :shrug:

既に十分に稼げれるパフォーマンスなので、稼ぎかスタッフを揃える事も出来るだろう。ならばスタッフのアイデアも取り入れて、新しいストーリーのコンテンツを作っていけると思う。
アイデアを出し切って、干からびるように終わる事の無い様に、観客を感動させ続けて欲しいと思う。

Darcy will always be my favorite AGT winner. Every other winner has been good in their own way, be it singing or magic, etc. But for a girl as young as Darcy, her actual singing skills on top of her extraordinary ventriloquism talent makes her, in my book, thee best winner this show has EVER had!
