Sai baba has given water right and one more thing you noticed are not , from beginning on RDT has not shown much interest in OC's poor farmers development of course they again raised from debris instead looking for others help. In my village which is in ATP, we are drinking Saibaba water but not having RDT Schools or any other of that type, so don't judge
