- In this VladTV Flashback from 2018, Latto spoke about her biggest song to date being her diss track aimed at her "The Rap Game" co-star Young Lyric. She explained that while she still makes money on the song and she'll probably perform it forever, she's done with the beefs from now on.

She was petite, very pretty, and slim. She was fine as is. However, she kept talking about a boob job. I told her she didn't need it. Before we started talking about health risks, it was over, we stopped talking. She took my not understanding her need as a big offense. What they need to understand is that a chick's face, being proportional, and character/vibe can go a long way. Just look at Aaliyah, she beat out the thick girls while being natural.

Their beef was NOT before the Remy and Nicki beef. I remember their beef changing my mind about Nicki, because it exposed me to what female rap could be and USED to be. And I remember on the show them being asked who their favorite rapper was, and losing a little respect for everyone who said Nicki. Rem and Nick probably weren't beefing until they started filming, but definitely by time they got out and started beefing with each other, they were aware of Nicki and Remy.
