My son (then 5yrs old) broke his collar bone when he rolled out of the top bunk onto the floor!
He was more fortunate as he only had to wear a brace that looks like just the straps of a backpack. At 38yrs he is fine. Your brother is in my prayers for a most complete recovery. Keep us posted regarding his healing. It may very well be amazing with prayer power behind it!

Great job Nave, the fluffy roller is called a LONG NAP, and there is long, medium and short NAP and the best way to clean them is use your hand as a squeegee in a bucket of water to squeeze most of the paint out then in a deep trough / sink sit the roller with the hole up and run the tap, at a slow pore into the middle of the hole, let it fill up with water and flow over all sides at once, let it run till the water runs clear !

Tell Cole he needs a stand/base under both appliances. They need to be of a type that are resistant to any water damage (like PVC). Each corner of the base needs to be able to be height adjustable for leveling. With heavy duty, locking casters on each corner so you can easily move them when necessary. This would protect them, and give them a really nice setup and look❗👌

Nave when youre finished with the roller they are nearly impossible to clean. Just stick it in a gallon plastic bag and use a bread twisty to hold it air tight. You can keep using it again and again rather than going through a lot of rollers. Another thing paint the floor and add a little sand to your paint. The sand makes it non-slip. Then your basement will look finished. Good job Nave!

Tell Cole l'm going to kick him in the butt if he dares to criticize your works when he did almost nothing to help. How you were able to paint down by the floor without getting paint onto the floor was impressive, also very hard to do. WHY IS THAT HORRIBLE TOLIET STILL AROUND???? GET IT OUT OF THERE!!!! He will grab a old guy who will set you up from start. Likely a water barrier base that seals the blocks, maybe a grout, cement easy mix, with adhesive properties to fill in gaps, cracks first. Even home box stores you can find some advice. (And ignore it if you want)

As a painter a roller makes a huge difference, you should always tell the paint store what your doing so you get the proper roller! I just gave my daughter a journal to write what paint she uses for each room & what roller! Also turn your paint cans after upside down after you hammer them well as not to get rust in it and the bad smell! They will last a lot longer! Every white is not the same white also use the same white for trim & doors!!! I don’t care how good you are always put a drop sheet down on floors except a concrete floor if your going to paint it! Invest in a couple of cloth drop sheets, plastic is slippery! I laughed when you used a gallon for a big job like that go for the drum!!!! You did a great 👍🏼🙌 job Nave that’s how you learn! Always ask questions & please wear proper paint clothes & working shoes!!! Never use oil either on wood it’s doesn’t let the wood breath!

I like watching you plan and go through the steps of a project. You are so happy. It's awesome.
I am reminded of my youthful life. I have aches and pains now (60yrs) that, what was so simple then, seems light years away in the past!
I'm petite too. I can still reach to the floor and into low spaces. I can crawl into lower cabinets to reach the items in the back!
I have a painting project in our new home on the horizon. I'll remember to stretch and reach while painting the walls. Thanks. You're really cool. 😎

Great job painting. I had a water heater I hated to look at so I got an insulating wrap for it and covered that with contact paper in a blue/white design. No one notices it anymore and it saves money by insulating for heat loss. Really enjoy seeing the big difference you made!

You did a great job! I am really glad you left the brick natural.
My grandmother’s house which is over 100 years old had a really musty smell throughout the house. They told her she needed to seal the basement cement floor. I am not looking forward to doing ours. We do keep a dehumidifier running 24/7.
Nave you did such a good job. The spray paint on the pipes made a huge difference, you really paid attention to the details! Looks good sweetie! I’m a old grandma so if I offended you with calling you that I apologize.
I am really happy to see you found the fluffy roller, what a difference isn’t it!
I enjoyed the video of your classes and the work you do to showing what your study day looks like.
I know you said you have your Bachelors degree are you working on your Masters?
Looks good you are a very industrious young lady, you go girl!

    Hey Hneiva!
Just a little tidbit of info for future reference (suggest it to Cole). @02:44 When "attempting" to pour from a bucket as this, rotate the outlet to the 12:00 O'clock position, so that air can enter back INTO the bucket. This avoids the dreaded "glug glug glug" that splatters 'stuff' everywhere!
    GOOD JOB GIRL!!!
