I found UA-cam while off work due to depression & anxiety. So much info and relatable situations discussed. I found it much more helpful than group therapy. One on one sessions with a psychiatrist are crazy$ and the wait list is unbelievable in my area.Thanks for promoting anithet option for help.

Beautiful opening montage! And Adam, the picture Luke took of you looks great - you are a very photogenic guy. I like that not only do you love each other as brothers, you like each other and enjoy spending time with each other. At least that’s the way it seems, and even though like all siblings you have your disagreements, in the long run I think you appreciate having each other and knowing the other is always going to be there.

In addition, shameless promotion of mental health services that cost is appalling, especially when you have been paid to promote them. Mental health services should be accessible for everyone - not just those who can afford it.
