How to reduce anxiety and existential thoughts caused by DPDR

  • For me the worst element of DPDR has been the existential thoughts that come about as a result of the condition. What I'm describing in the video is the way I have been able to deal with these thought and the condition at large

    That's what I've also concluded; It is not in any way helpful to introspect and question things when in DP/DR - the disorder itself is masking the logic/feelings while skewing perspective.

    thank you so much, I've recently found that i have this disorder, i have yet to see a professional and get a diagnosis but there is nothing else that can explain what im going through. what you said has given me hope, thank you.

    I have derealisation more and it's literally hell on earth absolutely 🥺
