Why are there so many side effects. At the moment I am taking this after having an oesophagectomy being cancer free. My side effects which are quite bad are fatigue, diarhoea, shortness of breath, joint and muscle pain and itchiness. Are you currently working on it so it doesn't have so many side effects.

It did not help but the side effect was vere severe. One ling full and other lung 70 % full of water. Almost died
side effect = 20% death
