Andy, I’m 17 and I feel like I’m a pretty hard worker, I always try to win when I can. I wake up everyday at 5 and get on the stock market because I want to learn how to day trade. I go to the gym everyday and control what I eat and listen to. My brother is turning 21 at the end of the year and he is still living at home, wakes up at 4 in the afternoon and is a delivery driver for Pizza Hut. He has no ambitions, eats like total shit, smokes way too much weed and has bipolar which he’s on 3 different medications for. I want to help him and get him to think about his future or at least his health. My question is how do I wake him up to reality? Do I need to just let it go because it really angers me the way he lives his life and I never want to end up like that but I also love him and want to help him do better. I’d love your thoughts on this and how to deal with losers
Andy will probably say something a little bit different, but you can only do so much. Even though he's your older brother, you can still lead by example. When you get to a point where you have continued success, he's eventually going to wake up or get jealous, which may also wake him up.

I split my 75 Hard Program up into different days to make it more inclusive. Sunday is reading day, Monday is workout #1, Tuesday is hydration day where i recover and get really hydrated, etc. I recommend this format for anyone who doesn’t support the radical white supremacist version. Hi Andy, I am 30 years old. I completed 75 hard, read the book on mental toughness, and have listened to the majority of your podcasts and continue to do so. 15 days after completing 75 hard I left a comfortable position at a family owned body shop to run my own body shop. This was a very HARD decision but I attribute most of my success to my hardened mental state. My question is now that I am at the next level, how do I meet more like minded people? I know you say it is lonely in the “middle” but how did you start meeting other entrepreneurs and people who are obsessed with winning the way we are? It’s hard for me to relate to most of my family and friends who work cooperate jobs, talk about retirement, and get paid time off for days like Juneteenth, sorry DJ.

QUESTION: How do elite performers ensure they do not ruin their momentum by putting in steps to prevent illness. I find every time I do 75 hard, I end up getting sick and it pisses me off so much. I’m sure elite performers in sports, business and life have a way of preventing this momentum killer and would love some advice to execute in my life

You talk a lot about Communism, "Their" agenda, and the "conspiracies" surrounding the pandemic, economy, debt, the WEF, etc. I believe pretty much all of what you say about them. My issue is when it comes to telling others about it, I don't have all the facts, statistics, and arguments down to really convince someone who doesn't already believe it. Just the other day I was talking with someone who was saying the current economy is Trump's fault and how Biden inherited a lot of problems and is making the most of it, I didn't have the specific statistics to refute that. My question is: what documents, books, and websites should I research and read to get my facts straight and be able to convince others of them? I know you mention Saul alinsky's book a lot, which is on my list, any other recommendations?

Hey Andy can you guys use my question I watch your show all the time I've been watching it for over a year I'm 30 years old and I'm a full-time college student and I had a question so I have been going to school and I'm a conservative type like you guys who respect our American rights and our fourfathers and I've been harassed by my teacher and one of my classes to where they were trying to throw me out of class just for talking and I had some crazy teacher and it's ridiculous and this is a community college how do I get through to these people who are insane Democrats that won't listen and how should I continue should I just sit in a class and shut up and be quiet or should I speak my mind and speak the truth, in wristband thrown out of class. Also I'm creating my own automotive business and finishing up engineering degree mechanical and how did you start your business up and how long did it take for you to build your business to where It was successful, I also avoid relationships with many women because they seem to always want my money only and I don't have money like that I'm in great shape I work out all the time I can do 30 chin ups and pull-ups in a row and also like you said you have to be lonely and and work on yourself and then the end it'll pay off it's just stressful because I never can find a good relationship with a girl or a woman who is like me who isn't already dating guys or getting ran through buy a bunch of dudes, I'm going to continue to be single and lonely and work hard towards my dreams or get a relationship to where I can split my hard work up into a relationship and my dreams since I work all week and I'll go to school all week and also I can't afford to live on my own I have to stay at home with my parents still but I enjoy our property and my parents house because we have all kinds of property and nice things and a bunch of room in my house should I move out, I'm planning on just staying at home for now because I enjoy it and avoiding friendships and relationships especially friends I don't have any friends that are close to my age that I hang out with I have older friends who are wise I have a friend who's a.
