    Andy,
I am 39 years old, married with 3 children. I am who you warn the young bucks about, waking up 40 years old realizing how much time I have thrown away by not having direction and executing every day. I have completed 75 Hard and your mindset and outlook are absolutely changing my life (I tag you everyday in my progress for my accountability and your encouragement that you’re making a difference).
I know I’m not done; my life is not wasted. I know it will be hard and takes a tremendous amount of time, work, and effort but I don’t know which path to start to go down. My question is how you develop your purpose? How do you know which path to start? (I love cars and guns, real original I know) Knowing it’s going to take 10 years or more I don’t want to miss, I can’t afford to miss and waste more time.
Can’t tell you how much I’d appreciate your insight.

Same!! I'm 37, almost 38, and just figuring out that I'm meant for so much more, and the majority of my anxiety comes from not doing the things I know should be done or the things that will help me become the me I want to become!! Keep fighting!! 🤘

Absoultely LOVE the book - The Book on Mental Toughness came in less than a week ago and I've finished it already. I'm only on day 9 of 75 Hard, but I can already feel and see it changing my life. Thank you for what you do and keep on crushing.

My due date is sneaking up. I was told that what you listen to typically calms your baby because they become familiar with the tune, music, voice, etc. my midwife told me to put a playlist together for delivery of what I listen to… I guess my baby girl is being brought into this world with some REAL AF 😅 Who needs white noise to soothe them when you have Andy and DJ?

@andyfrisella this is one of the biggest things I've learned from you! The best way to stay "motivated" more like disciplined is to stack the wins every day and gain momentum. Once you start to feel the confidence that comes with the wins every day, it's easier to shut the bitch voice out. I struggle with procrastination so bad, so I start with a few little tasks, and once you get the feeling of momentum going, you're ready to tackle the bigger tasks. Building confidence through getting the things done drives you to keep going! Thank you so much for helping me correct my discipline problem. Not to mention the fact of looking at life as it would be if you don't do the thing. It's so much more rewarding to do the thing than to look back with regret. ❤

Exactly why I’m committed to the live hard program. I completed 75 hard and felt great. But even in the midst of executing 90% of the time since then I feel that 10% I lack. It’s at the point where I’m going to have to do this program forever. Can’t unlearn it now.

Andy, DJ can we talk about the fall of 75 Hard... When you do it completely and legit. And don’t follow through on the duty you know now existsafterward. Do what you know what is to be done. Continue the life that you built in that 75 Days and get better… I did continue to go 86 (with intention to go 90 sober after and make decision to live life sober or not after that 90 days). fell and now feels like I’m doing the ying to the Yang Tried live hard failed 4 days in and fucked up twice 75 Hard. Im pausing and need to make the climb again with everything I’ve got like I did the first time. Your thoughts are appreciated. 35 years old. Time is ticking

Andy I'm starting a small business in January of 2025. My wife of 5 years has doubts and thats reasonable, but she's supportive overall. How do I get her to see the vision of the future that I see and to stop focusing on the "what ifs" and to focusing on what could be?

    Andy,
I work at a warehouse that is in the online auction world. The work is not hard but can get frustrating. The most frustrating part of being here is that there are absolutely no standards for anything we do. Managers are super laxed and often late and don't seem to care.
Lately, I've talked to the owners and expressed some of my frustration and have provided ways to fix these issues. Well, during that conversation i was told that with my previous warehouse experience being a lead and holding myself to standards while being here and a few other reasons, there is talk that I might be the new warehouse supervisor that is over these managers and employees. I don't have the position yet and I'm doing my best to lead by example and have a great attitude like I have always done especially after listening to The MFCEO PROJECT and REALAF.
My question is, how do I turn this warehouse around if I do get this postion, implement necessary changes, and create standards without seeming like a dictator or asshole? And what can I do now that will help?
Thank you for everything you guys do!
    Kyle.

Andy, I’m 17 and I feel like I’m a pretty hard worker, I always try to win when I can. I wake up everyday at 5 and get on the stock market because I want to learn how to day trade. I go to the gym everyday and control what I eat and listen to. My brother is turning 21 at the end of the year and he is still living at home, wakes up at 4 in the afternoon and is a delivery driver for Pizza Hut. He has no ambitions, eats like total shit, smokes way too much weed and has bipolar which he’s on 3 different medications for. I want to help him and get him to think about his future or at least his health. My question is how do I wake him up to reality? Do I need to just let it go because it really angers me the way he lives his life and I never want to end up like that but I also love him and want to help him do better. I’d love your thoughts on this and how to deal with losers

10000000% Andy. Day 1 of 75 hard and I didn’t have to be at work until 9. When I did it the 1st time my work day started at 6 so I had to get my morning session in at 4. Woke up at 5 this morning. Started thinking. Hmmm. I have time to go back to sleep and plenty to get my workout done before I go into work. As I was thinking about that, I already had my shoes on and was walking out the door. When my inner dialogue starts saying that kinda shit, I know it’s time to get up and move before that dialogue can even catch up to my feet.
Not to mention I got back from my ruck/run in time to still get a little Power Nap before work 😂✌🏼

    QUESTION FOR Q&AF
I’m 32 years old and based in the uk
if you were tasked to come in and fix any business in the world
what info/data would you want to see first of all so you knew which aspects of the business were a priority?
I guess what I’m trying to say is, what key performance indicators do you use across the business to measure improvement and success
Is it financials, culture, marketing etc and how do you measure each?

I have a question that you have probably covered but I haven't seen. I'm currently in a spot of trying to decide what I want to do with my life. I'm going to graduate college in one year- I've changed my major twice and will be ending with a bachelors of commerce and a minor in sales management. I currently work as an intern doing inside sales at a big corporate job and if I'm being honest, I get no satisfaction out of this and it's given me a lot of anxiety since the path I've chosen is given me doubts. I feel like I'm just wasting my life away being stuck behind a computer- I feel like I'm not actually making any difference. I thrive on high effort leading to high reward- this is the opposite of that. I can attest that I wake up daily with the drive to not waste any time and to win. I have been working out hard atleast 5 days a week for years, I am in a good relationship and have a good family, but I am just lacking direction for my career path. Any advice on how to find out what my "career calling" is? Love the work you're doing with this podcast, keep up the good work Andy and DJ!

    Andy,
I am 21 years old and started a power washing & window cleaning business when I was 18. I always hear you talking about the biggest mistake a young guy can make is bouncing from thing to thing every 3 or so years. Well Ive hit the year 3 mark and have just started seriosly thinking about doing something different. The reason behind wanting to make a change is I feel that my ambitions and goals far surpass the industry I am in. On the other hand dropping everything I am currently doing to start another business feels like quitting to me. How do you know when it is the right time to pivot and take a step in another direction. How would you make the decision of when to say "I learned a ton, this failed, what next".
Would love to hear your insight!

In my eyes, it’s like I’m learning how to scale out my own skill set across people I would be teaching. That seems like a completely different skill set outside of customer service. Because the pay schedule I called it working 11 days a week on 6 weeks cycle average chasing hail storms
Feed breakfast at 5am 1 beer and samitch 1030
2 crew eat in route 1 beer and samitch at 6

I don't like this episode. It seems contradictory to everything I thought I learned from Andy in the past year I've been watching the show. I'll put this episode in a box and throw it in the ocean. Never to return or replay. lol
