And probably 10-100x what they'd be willing to pay at asylum .. funny thing is the effects and stuff would be forgiven a bit more of they actually tried with the writing and acting more . There are a handful of asylum films that are worth a watch or okay but sadly most I've seen errrrr . Deckers hate for them feels a bit warranted
This is actually one of my favorite Asylum movies. It doesn't qualify as so good it's bad. It's just so fucking BAD that I can't help but laugh my ass off the entire way through it.
Burori1 Interestingly, looking over a quick list of Asylum films, there was nothing marked as a mockbuster of Godzilla. Of course, they listed "Titanic II" as being an original idea... suuuuuure.
Decker Shado Lol. Asylum. Original. Pick one. Just be happy we haven't forced you to sit through "Sunday School Musical." A review like that just screams for an episode featuring Creepy.
Decker Shado You never want Asylum to try and build a production out of their own ideas. The sheer weight of the suck would implode and cause a singularity. THEY HAVE NO ORIGINAL IDEAS MAN. The horror...
+Decker Shado The Mega Shark Franchise is kinda of a godzilla ripp of, Mega Shark vs Gaiant Octopus, Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus, Mega Python vs Gatoroid, Mega Shark vs Mecha Shark and Mega Shark vs Titan (i think thats what its called)
It looks like it was supposed to be a Carnotaurus. I don't know many dinosaurs with horns like that. Actually, that is the only dinosaur I know with horns like that and I know quite a few dinosaurs. Oh, and I think Carnotaurus might be Creepy's favorite dinosaur.
Velociraptors of Skyrim Hm.. could be it, but I have to say the images I just found of Carnotaurus look a lot more interesting than what was in the movie. Of course, aside from the Cerotosaurus the people in the movie just seemed to refer to the creatures as "Larry, Moe and Curly." ...yaaaay, three stooges reference. Obviously, you saw how much I felt that was worth bringing up.
Hey,decker shado.love your videos. Can you do a review on Teen Wolf the movie from 1985? I found the movie to be better than the show because it's all 80s-style!✌️😋
Saw this on the SyFy channel a while back. I remember having the exact same reaction to the rooftop Spinosaurus as you. Given what we now know about Spinosaurus based on more complete remains, that visual is especially funny!
You know....something about a giant spinosaurus standing atop of horrible cgi building and getting his ass blown up by a horrible cgi apache is just.....magical....
I've actually seen this movie before. Only after they set up the dinosaur show. I knew I recognised that line about Japan from somewhere other than a children's cartoon.
Yeah, I remember the first time I watched Age of Dinosaurs. It was the last time. Seriously, I don't know what was more insulting about the film, the absolute LACK of originality, the fact that somehow they managed to make EVEN LESS accurate dinosaurs than what is seen in Jurassic Park, or the terrible plot holes, dialog, and acting.
The Dino’s in Jurassic park aren’t actually inaccurate it’s explained in Jurassic world that they used genetics to make them look cooler and if they’re genetic code was pure they would look different.
@@ultrainstinctshaggy9275 A retcon that happened after this movie, this review by Dekker, and this post were made. Bear in mind that part of the marketing for JP3 was that it was supposed to be more scientifically accurate than the previous ones.
Not really, because it never meant 'a great period of time.' An age is defined in Merriam-Webster online dictionary as *'a period of time dominated by a central figure or prominent feature,'* which can therefore be *any* length of time. Other dictionaries have similar meanings, and to my knowledge, *none* of them specify a minimum length of time that an age has to be.
Uhhhhh. No. The weird "cross-breed between a gremlin and a kangaroo" thing that he didn't recognize at first was the movie's "version" of Carnotaurus. He very clearly recognized the Ceratosaurus in later scenes.
I presumed that it was the first scene in the lab with the Carnotaurus that they were refering to when they said that "shit happened and people died" in Japan.
the maint required light is a preventative maintenance reminder. it comes on after 3000 to 5000 miles after the prior service. if they wanted to be accurate, the check engine light would have worked better
i have concluded that these dinosaurs were in the movie the spinosaur, spinosaurus (could possibly be oxalaia) the tyrannosaur, tyrannosaurus (could possibly be tarbosaurus or zhuchengtyrannus) the ceratosaur, ceratosaurus a horned utahraptor sized animal, most likely some kind of hybrid of a large, non piscivorous raptor and carnotaurus the pterosaur, pteranodon the ceratopsian, triceratops (could possibly be torosaurus) a abelisaur, most likely majungasaurus dinosaurs in the alley (can not confirm if they are what they are) chasmosaurus baryonyx (might just be majungasaurus)
Back when I first saw this movie, I thought that it was just a Syfy original...mainly cause I saw it on Syfy. Idk, somehow thinking it was just a SyfyO makes it more okay than being an Asylum movie...Somehow made all the scenes and references to Jurassic Park was just an homage... So yeah, I totally got that reference to Dodgson dated in June '93...It's also got D.N. in there...'Dennis Nedry,' possibly?
