Love the sound of those old 2 stroke DD I see planetary rears on the old girl what did she haul during her life and what year is she looks to be late 70s ??
Almost painful watching him drive that tractor at high RPM’s and not in the big hole ! Are you sure it’s a 9 and not a 13 speed ? It sounded like he hit 8th and that was it ! Good luck on your next rig !
@@highwayhunterray1603 I didn’t say he was over reving its just running high R’s and there maybe 1 splitter but a 2 position splitter is common ( a mid and a high on the splitter ) is all I’m saying .
Unfortunately the new owner (an experienced semi truck driver) is not able to drive correctly = on the right side of the street constantly! I witness this unneccessary and dangerous behaviour way to often nowadays.
He was trying to figure out shift pattern in the truck. He has been driving over the road for 40 plus years and no accident I would say he can drive that’s my two cents
Dear @@highwayhunterray1603 Please don't answer in such a ridiculous way (at least not in public)! Maybe you don't realise, but you are responsible for what you do and write in public! If you like to ignore the facts that your own video shows, it's your problem! Sorting the gears was only a short while. Additionally: Trying to shift right is by any means no reason for driving wrong respectively in a dangerous way! After that sorting he drove extremely on the left side for nearly all the time. You can see this even more clearly while he was driving on the streets with 2 middle lines/stripes. Even some cars had to dodge him (steer away)! While on roads with only one middle line/stripe, he also drove way too far on the left side. Although it was absolutely always more than enough room/space on the right side (between him and the gravel/dirt/ground beside the firm road)! Simply watch the video! 40 years of doing something is by no means a guarantee for doing something right!!! Additionally: A lot of truck drivers all over the world think that they are king of the roads and that the stronger one is always right. If you haven't experienced that from time to time, you're a lucky man. By the way: Do you really thing to know everything about his driving in the last 40 years? It would be really arrogant to claim that! For instance: You definitely don't know if not an oncoming vehicle had to dodge hard and therefore had an accident as he drove past. I see this bad behaviour (driving way too much to the left side) very often nowadays. Especially when drivers are older it's a well known and unfortunately a common fact! Maybe it's time for retirement because he is definitely not alone in traffic! Resume: Before you answer/comment next time, please be sure that your eyes are functional and your brain is engaged before putting your mouth in gear. Otherwise you will definitely make you look ridiculous (and that even in public)! Thanks in advance. Best regards, luck, health and wisdom to all of you. Post Scriptum: If a decent policeman (or somebody similar) with a good work ethic, watches this video, he might/should order your friend to have an official driving fitness/ability testing! It might be saving some peoples life, maybe even your own childrens lifes. JUST THINK ABOUT THAT!
@@Chr.U.Cas1622 wow just wow mate, maybe next you can show how to drive a truck. Oh wait your to busy beyond a keyboard you warrior, FFS. Get a life and go outside cowboy
Dear@@JasonfromBiripiCountry ??? I don't own a keyboard. 2) Why do you comment if you have absolutely nothing to say about the facts? Not even one word! 3) By the way: I was raised with trucks. What is your "qualification"? 4) I can highly recommend you to an opthalmologist because you obviously are not able to watch a video respectively follow/recognize the content. Oh, wait, for not being able to recognize obvious things, you need a lot of other doctors I guess!? But maybe your eyesight isn't bad and you are not below average intelligent? Then it's different of course! Please go to the next mirror and look deep into it. All you will see is nothing else than a typical internet troll that is only able to try to offend/ provoke. Best regards, luck, health and wisdom. Post Scriptum: Maybe you should watch the video again and read the comments again. It might help to be objective.
