Great video Chris and it was very detailed and informative. My uncle suffers from Anxiety and was housebound for 5 years but since last year he has started to go out and regain his confidence a bit more, he’s still suffers from anxiety but not as bad as before.

I really found this video useful, anxiety can be really crippling at times and I end up avoiding people when I feel anxious. I know I shouldn’t but I just don’t wanna be a burden to people.

Just remember that you are not a burden on people and by avoiding people you are just burdening yourself! Be brave and be amazing! You got this!

Chris...this video hits home for me. Ever since September - I have been suffering from anxiety, and it’s quite clear to tell, especially around tests etc. In January - I was in the process of getting diagnosed for something...and I have it. At school - I’ve not had the smoothest of rides, people have been bullying me etc, sometimes because of my Alopecia if not most of the time. Then when I get home I hate myself and I skip the anxious stage and just go straight to depression for that week or so and it’ll take me a while to get over what they said. I get easily frustrated/irritated about life, more then a “normal” according to society person. As I’m typing this so early - I’ve woke up early anxious about the day ahead, so thank you for making this video. One way I find to just crunch all my anger sometimes is by writing poems about how I feel, and one I wrote about 8 months ago had me in tears the other week.
    Thank you so much Chris!!

Great video as always Chris. Its really helpful too. I have mild Anxiety.
it not much fun. When it plays up I usually listen to music or watch some videos on UA-cam of my fave channels. I tend to bottle things up a lot.
I'm always there for my friends tho if they need to chat or vent off about what's upsetting them. But I think its getting worse.(my anxiety)
Thanks again for making this video Chris its helped me a lot & I think it will help a lot of people too. Hope you have a great day & week. 👍🏻😃

Thanks for taking the time to talk about this horrible issue, I suffer from it when I'm out on my own, and I often feel safer putting music on or being with friends. I wish that anxiety was dead, the biggest thing I hate.

You're welcome. Like any video I put out there about health.... all I want to do is help at least 1 person. 1 person helped or saved may as well be 1000000

@@ChrissRealTalk Thanks for sharing, I shared this with my friend, if everybody did something like that the message would be spread far and wide, and it would remind people who don't have anxiety, to think of those who may be suffering.

Good video Chris and I don’t have anxiety but if I’m in a situation where I don’t wanna be I just walk away or walk out of it

I tend to get anxiety, although I prefer not to make an identity out of it. I'm riddled in heaps of self-hate. I've done that for so long by this point, the effects are dangerous. And I legitimately thought I was doing the right thing just because I'm an incredibly, unproudly strange. So what.
For most of this year, thanks to advise from another UA-camr, before or in an unideal situation, I normally say to myself 'be a warrior'. It kinda works.

Chris' Real Talk I don’t agree with most of your views but enjoy watching your videos and all of them!

And the ability to not agree with someone's view is how a good conversation is started. That's one of the reasons I created this channel.... to get people talking in the comments section. Admittedly I do talk about things that can annoy people or things that people have a strong opinion of just to get the ball rolling. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. My channel isn't everyone's cup of tea but I do have very loyal subscribers and some fans who I value greatly! Some I have even met. Wonderful people!
