Jay Z and Beyonce spent like 200 million on their malibu mansion. For me, you need huge land, to make it worth while. Not saying any of these homes are worth the price it sold for. But location plays a huge factor. These 9 figure homes would not be worth half of that, if it was placed in Bel Air, Beverly Hills or anywhere else in the LA county that isn't by the ocean. Imagine The One Bel Air in Malibu? But with more land? That would have gone for at least a quarter of a billion. Lack of land is the reason it didn't sell for much. 126m for a home, the guy spent more than 200m on is a flop sale
People paying crazy money for big land plus ocean views. For that price, I want an even bigger land and a beach that's only private to my residence and my residence only. That beach looks accessible to at least a couple of the neighbours next door. It is probably the closest you'll get to a private beach, considering other homes have a little more neighbours accessing the beach. But personally, for 210 million, you would want a beach, just for you. A land that much more than 9.5 acres. Maybe 20 acres minimum. 10 of those 20 acres, I'd build a farm with a farm house. Have a lot of fruits trees, vegetable and other crops. That way, you won't always need to Grocery shop. The other 10 acres, I'd build a a few sport courts or field. Like tennis, basketball, baseball, football/soccer field a mini golf course. Then I'd build a small park for the kids to play at, so they won't feel the need to go out of the property all the time. Everything else about that home looks nice. But I'm not a big fan of the pool. I'd make that bigger and then build a pool house. Then a small cove near the bottom of the cliff that's closer to the beach and there you'll have your own private beach. To top things off, I'd build a cave or tunnel to park my yacht. With the tunnel or cave having a batman style waterfall and accessible from the main home too. That would be so cool. If the home was on a hundred acres. I'd build a full golf course. But much further away from the main house. Golf course on one side. Sports field and courts in the middle and main house in the other side
@@DSC800 I have seen private beach properties already. Where there's one home, a small beach and endless waterfront. No neighbours in both directions. Tall rocks at the bottom of the beach, up to the cliffside to prevent anyone coming from either direction. Sure, the only way to enter is through the ocean, but not if you have that guarded as they're heading for private property An island would also be ideal. A small island that's upto ten acres. There's so many of those in the states and thousands more around the world. One of my friends has a couple in the states and also Asia. Thailand and Fiji area and they all come with private beaches. The whole point of a private beach is for the private beach, not to be easily accessible by the public
@@mohammedfaiisal Yeah, that's great if you've got natural rock formations to block visitors. I just googled "Private California Islands" & found one for sale for $25MM in San Fran. More of a 6 acre rock though. Check it out.

That’s a lot of property in Malibu. With beach front access. Expensive!
Amazing view, just stunning to see. Great video, thanks.
Dream home
between this house and kim kadarshian house there is a mansion that is worth more than 100 million dollars

Can't have a truely private beach. Anyone can walk along the shore up to the high water line. May not be easy but legally the owners can't stop you.

Bro touch grass
Lol go buy 2000 acres for 600k in the middle of nowhere in texas...
It looks like a bird, but it doesn't experience any wind resistance, so it's like the eyes of God.
Isn't it sad? It just sits there day after day, not an inch of it being used. Just some rich ahole's ego taking up all that land.
Paying for location .........
Pretty 🥰
not worth that much especially being next to pch... car noise 24/7
oH ! money is a mfkr !
