Dear Delish, this was a very good meal, but a couple things to note (also for those novices like myself)... The recipe is not the same as in the video. The recipe calls for cream cheese on just one slice per sandwich, in which case, 4 ounces is way too much for two sandwiches. That may be different if you make it like they did in the video with cream cheese on both slices. Also, recipe says add 1/2 cup of cheddar, then bacon, then another half cup of cheddar. That is not like in the video, and way too much. For those who actually read this, disregard the recipe instructions on cheese and follow the video in that regard.
