Why are judge's allowed to be pieces of shit and change sentencing because their butthurt egos are fragile and need stroking every second and so when someone doesn't they get all mad and lean in... How is that okay? They don't deserve respect anymore than anyone... Respect is earned not given freely because of a job title you have.
but being remorseful is. He said he was sorry he got caught but not for what he did, and openly admitted he was going to do it again, instead of showing remorse. Once the judge had heard that, he was already getting the max sentencing. After that she doesn't have to sit there and listen to him be disrespectful.
