She should look into setting up a franchisee. Maybe have delivery, and also start a youtube channel. Once she builds her brand. To start selling her food to Supermarkets like Naivas. Also she should have a portable shop and sell her food in big Malls like in Sarit Centre and ABC. You have westerners there who would be delighted to have soemthing from home. Her ability to generate higher profit margins are endless. Social Media can play a big role in getting her food in many homes. Ever since Covid delivery in Kenya is very Common. She needs to target these big malls very fast, Cause Dominos are those kind of companies when they see these kind of trends in food have profit they will copy her business.

Can you glaze the with an egg wash brushed on before baking. they look pale and raw, the egg wash should give a golden finished look.
That’s how we do it at home however we deep fried them here. Since an oven was not an option
