This is the exact doctrinal teaching I needed for tomorrow's seminary class on D&C 84:20-22, doctrinal mastery of ordinances and covenants. President Nelson's talk that followed Sunday was "icing on the cake" of these true doctrines. However, it is not published separately on UA-cam yet. I will check 1st thing in the morning or encourage students to listen to his and expand their learning. Thank you for teaching powerful truths of Jesus Christ!

Not a member - but have attended my local ward - That is what always holds me up - when It comes to joining - I would be the only member of my family a member - what would it change for me - Must not sure - I always watch every Sunday on BYU tv - Well Pray for answer
Hi Beverly, thanks for tuning in to General Conference. We hope you were uplifted and were able to experience some personal revelation as you listened to the words shared by Church leaders. We are so glad to hear the attending your local ward holds you up. In terms of questioning whether to join or not, prayer is an important step in that process. Also, we encourage that you meet with the missionaries, if you haven't already, who can help to answer any questions you may have and help guide you to receive the heavenly direction you are looking for.
My dad was the first member of the church in all our posterity. He gave up everything for the truth to make sure that us, his children would not go through this life without it. He died Jan. 2021 and was a faithful member from his early 20’s until the end of his life at 88.

It has been my experience in life that those who do very bad things in others I this life ultimately pay for their actions very often in this life.

What you’re feeling is the Holy Spirit. You can feel his presence only when Heavenly Father has given something his stamp of approval. He is the one who testifies that we’ve found the truth - pure, unadulterated truth, the only truth that can give us joy and bring us back to Him. God bless you.
You can contact the church in your area. They will lead you to some missionary’s in your area that can tell you what you want to know. Get a hold of a Book of Mormon. It will change your life!!
Go to any meeting house and ask for a Bishop , he will direct you to the missionaries , you can also hail them when you see them , they usually ride their bikes or walk and they have tags pinned on their white shirts as Elder (last name) The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints , may God bless you on your quest to come to Christ , God the Father lives Jesus is the Christ our Savior and Redeemer, Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, the Bible and the Book of Mormon are the words of God through His prophets I know this from the testimony of the Holy Spirit to my heart ❤️ , in the name of Jesus even the Christ himself amen . Baruch HaShem Adonai!!!
