My pro tip: Start with Intermittent Fasting, don't eat anything after 7 pm and it fixes your stomach in a way that will further help you get into any other activities. Hi Pooja and Saransh. Firstly, a huge fan of you guys. i always keep myself updated with your vlogs. You helped me a lot when i planned to move to Canada for my studies. I totally agree with you being busy doesn't help us to keep ourselves fit and keep up to our work outs in gym. i have started doing few tiny changes and honestly i believe They may help you as well. i keep a daily planner and i try to plan my workouts a week before. Put a tick when you work out and x when you don't this helps in motivation. 4 days a good proper workout and 3 days rest or very light workouts like walk or yoga. Including meditation in your daily routine is a big help. in terms of workout i realised going to gym is not necessary. Honestly, i believe you can bring a good change in your body just by working out at home.Also you honestly don't need to spend money on expensive machines. So enjoy your workouts and keep yourself interested in them, i started doing dance workouts especially by Pamela Reif. She has very good dance workouts.And short ones too and in variety. if you love to dance you will actually enjoy them like i do 😊 if you don't enjoy dancing you can do some short workouts basic ones there are a lot available on youtube. and Jab aap actually enjoy krne lag jaoge sb to you can slowly start including weights or other equipments. i know there are days jb man ni kata especially in the beginning so what you can do is listen to music and go up and down the stairs whenever you get break even for 5 mins a day. And you can set reminders in your apple watch to help with that. Go to the gym join the classes this way you will make friends plus u can do so many different workouts at the gym. When u use an excise equipment in the house it will become boring after a while and u will end up not doing it. Try the gym than decide if you still want to invest in home equipment. Alot of people make this mistake by buying equipment which ends up just sitting there.

Most of the times we buy fitness equipments and we use them continuously for few days and after which it just occupies the space in the house and we will not use them. Gym is a better option in my experience 😅

Hi Pooja. You have some good pieces of furniture. Great buy. But don’t go overboard as the more things you have, the more you’ll be a slave to those things. You realise this at some point in your life. With regards to the exercise machine, I’d rather not encourage you to buy, unless you are 100% committed to exercising. Else, it’s adds on to your weekend chores - dusting 😊
M also in same boat like u but one thing I have altered is stopped buying the junk i.e chips biscuits or anything of that sort. M trying to eat home cooked food in any form. Like poha upma of this sort as my in btwn snack. Hope this alter helps you
Why aren't you using gas nozzle lock clip to fill the gas automatically and clip goes off when tank or the desire gas amount is reached. by this you can save time and avoid pressing the nozzle hard.
If one person does must of the work it's not stupid. My girlfriend is a very busy person and I tend to do most chores. As long as you do it out of love it doesn't seem like a chore and I never do laundry because it's her thing.

But speaking from personal experience women need to add resistance training as well. We need muscle too! It’s especially overlooked and feared but the positive effects of lean muscle mass on women cannot be overstated.

9:31 try intermittent fasting. I would say thats the best way to loose weight and also detox your body. I lost around 4 kgs in 3 weeks. At first its not easy because our bodies are used to constant snacking. But after 2 3 days you’ll actually feel Good. there’s a youtube channel called doctor Berg. He’s pretty good at explaining things
tip for eating “healthy”: decide how many calories you can eat a day (there are calculators online) and eat within that. i literally eat pizza, chipotle etc. all my fave foods, i just make sure i don’t go over my calorie intake, in order to remain in a deficit as my goal is to continue losing weight (so i make sure i burn 500+). :) i’m allowed 1565 calories a day based on my weight, height, age and fitness level. i manage to fit in breakfast, a protein shake and a good dinner. don’t bother eating 100% healthy that’s literally never sustainable and it makes you MISERABLE lol. don’t buy the peloton!!! it’s super easy to turn on a growwithjo or chloe ting video on youtube and simply follow it. the only workout gadget i suggest is an apple watch :)

Set small goals for workouts. Eg. 30 mins workout for 2 weeks. Once you acheive that, extend for another 2 weeks and then it becomes a habit :)

Also if peloton is very expensive, then just big regular treadmill and enroll in peloton classes only. It will be much cheaper.
