Whenever someone tries to force someone into a 'Yes or No" answer and doesn't let them provide a full response I just disregard the validity of their desired answer.

If you get a chance, you will have to dig hard, but they are out there. Find a report on the files and look at the emails and all the language used for yourself.

By "inquiring" about whether individual posts or accounts were breaking Twitter's TOS they were creating inherent pressure on the Twitter employees. That's not even before we go into the times they went to the press about posts Twitter decided not to take down, and then intimated it would happen again if Twitter did not comply.

FBI been flagging dodgy tweets since twitter was formed. No demand was made. An interesting bit of missing information would be what percentage of tweets flagged by the FBI were actually taken down? Then we could tell if it was a demand or not.

They "proved" that a small group of Russians were acting as Trolls against Hillary Clinton and opened a grand jury against them (that went nowhere). Democrats took one such conjecture as absolute proof it was Russia.

Dems didn't deny the election results, they blamed Russia for the results, punished Russia, expelling diplomats, added more sanctions (if I remember correctly) and then later, began arming and training people in Ukraine "to fight Russia over there so that we don't have to fight Russia here" and started developing enough of a growing threat in Ukraine that eventually Putin had to order the invasion or be overthrown for somebody else to do it

However, I would ask you to consider that the questioners tend to create their own problem in this regard by demanding "Yes or No" answers to complex questions. It seems that will inevitably lead to these conflicts and, could be significant if the "Yes or No" answers carry weight with respect to "Lying to Congress" or impugning a journalist's integrity. In this instance, I had the same reaction as the original commenter so, it seemed funny to me and I commented. One rule I try to enforce on myself and abide by on the Internet is "Don't be an Internet tough guy". I prefer a thoughtful exchange of ideas. But, it did strike me as funny with the "Reclaiming my time" repetition.

You guys sounding desperate. Both sides do exactly that when the person questioned wants to drift off into something not relevant. For example when Taibbi was asked if his business had profited from this story and he was squirming and saying - well yeah, but I have also been hiring since and blah. That is not relevant. The answer was yes, so much so he could expand his business 3 fold and hire more staff. We don't want to know his hopes and dreams for the future, we just want a simple answer to a simple question.

The problem is the information is cherry-picked and is missing already known about demands by the trump administration.
