From an old relic hunter. My place was NorthAnna battlefield along the North Anna River, VA. I see that the hill on the river bank is steep. With that being said, figure out a way to hunt the side bank. There are relics there. I found lots of relics for my efforts on the banks of the North Anna River. Keep us old-timers in your travels. Good luck. There may be a plate in there. Maybe confederate !
I find a lot of those St. Louis Arsenal and Merrill carbine bullets here in southwest Missouri. Another rare bullet that turns up here is the .69 caliber French triangle base, I've been fortunate enough to find 9 of those. Great video and i will be subscribing.
That's a once-in-a-lifetime pair of permissions! In time you'll be able to assemble a remarkable collection from that fort. Combined with documentary research, it could make an extraordinary article.
I wish we had that kind of history here. Australia has some amazing cultural aboriginal history. But little in the way of European stuff. None the less. Great show
Appreciate you watching! I guess I sort of think along the same lines about England or other parts of Europe. Old, old stuff there that we just don't have in the US.
Loved your video. I found ten sixty nine in a Union camp here in East Tennessee, using Garrett's ADS7 with a twelve inch coil and all ten were 8 to 10 inches.
I dont know how i missed this video, just found it, gonna watch it now. I know its a good one, im not sure you made any bad videos. Looks like an awesome place to detect. What brand of anti rust stuff do you use? I would like to try some on pieces i have.
Never get tired of anything civil war!!!
That half spur is awesome
SWEET CW FINDS
Nice hunt, I always give land owners items if they want them. Good job.

Has to be very interesting just to walk over grounds like that, much less get to unearth those finds! Great job.
Absolutely. Thanks, Kenneth.

Screw holes on the spur. That one the soldier screwed onto the heel of his boot.
