I always have problems getting translucent materials to look good when applying dirt to them. I guess you are referring to the lamps? Yeah I could have fixed those.
Could you provide links to the asset pack(s) you used?

Dude, I would play your version of Fallout ANY DAY over the blandness that has become Bethesda. I mean you could make a better map for the next Fallout SINGLE HANDEDLY! I would pay a U4E version of a Fallout game than wait Bethesda re-skin a single game-mechanic! We deserve a happy, recovering wasteland to blow raider heads off, for frig sake!
Well, while he could do it single handedly, it's not feasible. It'd take years just to make the world, let alone gameplay etc..
But thats what I said: map creator. AI pathing, loot system, areas, respawns etc. Those are jobs for other people.
