The little robed guy is a Watcher in the Dark, basically the creepy native inhabitants of the Dark Angels home planet. They hang around and act as servants but nobody knows their origin.
Enjoyed this, hope you keep doing yearly reviews. Maybe even half-yearly? As for the Whirlwind you did not recognize: it is based on a DIY article in anold WD, using mostly plasticard. The "rocket tubes" are undersides of the old large square base (40x40 or 50x50 work), cut into rectangular shape. Easy to do, looks good.
Even though i was a fan since 2017 this is nostalgia inducing video, you can feel the late 80s and earlier 90s from these pictures. 3:16 is that deodorant tank?
Wow. This was an amazing nostalgia trip. Have a few of these in my current armies (looking at you chaos dread!) And the Eldar are largely exactly the models you can currently buy at GW. They get their refresh in the next few weeks or months I believe. 20 years to update!

oh yeah. there were many examples of this in the old rouge trader times where they gave examples of how to make alt models for tournaments and games.
