Model no424 is old one, model 532is latest one , use auto mode for best results. The product is made in Korea

Can i skip rinse liquid, if im using tablet , which says (all in one , no needed pre rinse) . It's finish brand
It is recommended to use rinse aid and salt along with tablet to get better wash.

You can keep main power switch off when not required. As far as i know, child lock disable it.

I have not got white layer yet. Using it for 5 months. Dint check TDS yet.

White shade appears if you use Aluminum,Copper Utensils.Steel is the best for Dishwasher.

30 min mode - You ll get your utensil wash in express mode(3 sec hold to turbo lead to express mode) without steam, extra dry mode

Why my LG Dishwasher produces a layer of white smoky layer on utensils?

It will be on heavly oiled utensils. Just wash with water and use it.
It's almost for everyone.. failure product from LG . it even worse after 1-2 years of usage.. Heater failure is the most biggest problem in LG Dishwashers.. You will get to know about it after 1.5 years.. in last 3 years heater motor failed 4 times and the cost is huge....

For monthly cleaning dishwasher, i use vinger in a cup and wash it in clean mode.
