    200 g quinoa (1 cup)
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes
    100 g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed (½ cup)
    1 avocado, sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp paprika powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
    Juice of half a lemon
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    Fresh parsley or coriander to garnish

    Akurát dnes na večeru som naplánovala pečenú zeleninu - dávam ak koreňovú zeleninu, aj cviklu niekedy. Váš tip s cícerom sa mi veľmi páči, vyzerá to chutne. Slinky sa mi zbiehajú...ďakujem a veľa zdravia prajem!

    Votre lame de couteau est aussi grande que la courgette :O combien de centimètre mesure-t-elle ? est-ce plus facile de couper ses légumes avec un très grand couteau ou ça dépend des légumes ?
