Vos recettes sont non seulement saines et colorées mais vos vidéos rajoutent un côté méditatif avec cette musique douce, les bruits de spatule, les battements de fourchette, le grésillement des légumes qui dorent et tous les autres « bruits » de cuisine, … ce qui a fait que, pour la première fois, je ne trouve pas une vidéo trop lente ! Au contraire cela redonne le plaisir de cuisiner. Alors Merciiiiiiii.

If you don't have fresh parsley I wouldn't bother using the dried stuff, it's not going to taste right. If it's a soup that's fine the dried stuff will rehydrate but in this recipe it will stay dry. I think garlic powder would work great. Whenever I buy garlic cloves they always dry out really fast so I buy the minced garlic in a jar, it lasts a long time and it's delicious, it's also cheaper than garlic bulbs.
@@oliverl8880 I don't understand what you mean by "or only power"? I'm just giving my personal opinion about the parsley. I don't like using the dry stuff except in soup, I'm just not a fan of it. You know you can only get fresh onions and cabbage at a certain time of the year but they keep for a very long time. That's why cabbage was so popular before refrigeration you could keep heads of it in the root cellar for months. Onions also have a very long shelf life.

If it's a low heat those onions would not burn and with all that cabbage you need more salt. I'm not a salt person but I thought it was a reasonable amount for this recipe. There's no law saying you have to use the same amount of salt. I don't like mushrooms but when I see a good recipe with mushrooms I can still like but not use mushrooms.

I've eaten it many many times and ti always gives me a lot of gas the next day. I already know how to cut and prepared the cabbage and onions, garlic and peppers. Would appreciate it if you fast forward the preparation and go right in to the recipe. You are making a Spanish tortilla made with eggs, cabbage onions, garlic and peppers and some tomatoes and cheese as toppings. Prepare all the shopped stuff and just cooked. That could have save me a lot of time of washing what I already know how to do. Thanks again for sharing but take this in consideration for future recipes.

Its scambled eggs and cabbage with tomatoe and peppers nothing new here folks, except she has added cabbage to the omlete. Cabbage is well known to everyone to fill you up for low calories and helps gut health too.

Those onions would have been burnt to a crisp by the time she got the bell pepper prepped! And there is way too much salt in all of these recipes.
