    This video was great! I personally couldn't do the single leg pulses on either of my legs, so I did the pulses with my legs straight out in front of me, and I was able to do it and gain some strength!

    doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!!
    day ten (5 february 2024)
    haha this was so fun! I did it outside in the cold for the beginning. I definitely will use this.
