I’ve seen a few people review this concealer and the reason they don’t love it is because as per usual, they apply too much - even when they say they’re going to use a tiny amount, the put the big stripes under their eyes! Your skin looks lovely and fresh. Honestly I love to try out your looks because they’re simple and achievable for those of us who are not professional MUAs. Does mine turn out as well as yours does? Nope. But it always looks good and makes me feel happy!
I agree with the “bonus points” for bringing the skincare down onto the chest. I’ve always applied my skincare products to my face, neck, and décolletage. The result, although I just turned 80, the skin on my chest is still smooth and evenly toned and the skin on my neck is wrinkled, but the texture is smooth and even. I’ve never used specialized products for neck/chest. I just use whatever I use on my face morning and night. After all, we don’t want a smooth and youthful face but then look like the crypt-creeper from the neck down 😅

Id never thought using lip liner as a blush like this! That’s genuinely sooooo awe because I HAVE so many lip liners shade but only three blushes. Id definitely try this out! I really love the way you apply makeup😊😊

I ordered one of the Chanel loose shadows, it’s out for delivery and I’m stalking my driveway!
I’m 62 and I always use oils on skin. Light. Under eyes I use a teeeny tad. Helps keep concealer pretty and if need be, I set ❤❤ lovely colors and lashes great tips I tap my fingers all under my eyes. Like one finger at a time to do what you do. LESS IS MORE TOO

I absolutely love those Chanel loose pigment eyeshadows. I’m not a makeup artist, so I never apply the doe foot straight to my eye. I put some on the back of my hand and apply to my eye with a brush. They don’t budge, no fallout and they are gorgeous. I love this whole look - and I will try the lip pencil on my eye! Thank you so much!
Hey Cheri- I am loving the way these Chanel pigments look- YES-watercolor effect- exactly the look I love- soft and airy looking-but so enhances eyes in such a lovely way. And I love the way this lip looks on you- I see that color isn’t available on Sephora.. must be an Hourglass exclusive. ❤

For mature skin, do you recommend hourglass or haus labs ? I just watched your most recent video using the haus labs foundation and under eye concealer. ❤
Oh, great question! I would have said Hourglass back in the day (it is very good) BUT the Haus Labs formula is great for that dewy natural finish. So I suggest Haus Labs :)
Unfortunately, i loved the Hourglass Veil yet it turned me into an oil slick. As for the Makeup by Mario concealer it was extremely yellow and drying.
Oh no! If you still have the Hourglass add an oil control primer, should help;)
