You really show the beauty of these products! This might sound horrible but would you ever use the baume essential as a final step in your night time routine? For moisture and glow? Might be a major no no but I thought of the emolllient finish, so pretty! Ty Cher

I absolutely adore this collection. The Le Blanc collections have always been right up my alley because I love delicate, translucent, pearlescent, crystalline makeup looks. This year’s,collection is stunning and so approachable-even for those of us of mature (79-lol) years. I bought the quad, the blush/highlighter, and the lavender baume. Stunning!
And, how could I forget to say how gorgeous your application looked and how well you explain the how and why.

this was a wonderful tutorial/review of the collection! i’ve liked that baume formula ever since i swatched it. i’ve been avoiding the boutique so as not be tempted but may go in this wkd 😅. i loooved the shadow look wet! 🤩

I use the balm also to turn a regular eye shadow in a cream eye shadow. It’s amazing. I have it always with me because I can use it in so many ways!! By the way thank you so much for your reviews!! They’re a source of inspiration.
ooh how do you turn shadows into cream with the baume? how else do you use them? i am wanting a clear one still 🥰. do you have fav shades? x
@@hijennwu I put a bit of balm on the back of my hand and then a mix it with an eye shadow (it can be of any texture). For example, I had problems with a Natasha Denone sparkling one and it fixed it! I love the result! Now I have 3 of them: ensoleillé (love it), doré and rouge frais (the most pigmented). I’m planning to buy the lilas and dragée ones but in Italy we haven’t this collection yet. You can also use it with a powder blush or a lipstick to create a custom shade of blush. Please, be sure that your skincare is consistent because depending on the colour the balm can dry more or less quickly (I’m 42). I found that if I put an eye cream after eyeshadow to clean it up and then the balm, it stays all day and there are no wrinkles around the eye.

Beautiful look. Why don’t you pick up the shadow first with the brush and spray it. That way you don’t ruin the eyeshadows.
This is such a beautiful collection. Its Chanel. I purchased all of these, except the other balm stick. I went with one that is rare to me, lilac . I also picked up one of the lip laques in tentation( it might be too cool for my skin tone, i think i should went with Gourmandes 🤔😳 oh well that one is already sold out. If they restock, i might pick up, since i dont have any of these lip matte laques😜 Have a blessed day🙏💗

@@CHERIVOYAGE Yes, you do. You usually dip your brush in a cup of water! ; ) I guess because the balms have oil in them, they can be too heavy on the skin. I don't use cream products. I have tried and tried. The product disappears into my skin. And it usually ends up that my cream and liquid products go bad on me before I get to use them up. So powders it is! I hope you are doing well!!!! HUGS to you
