Hes not a bad parent, hes a poor struggling hard working grandad who's raising two grandkids on his own.
Yet he still got CPS called on him.
Our education and protective system is really screwed up.
Ngl, I low-key thought he was irresponsible too in the beginning of the video but I understand now. Plus he's old

The fact that the social services lady immediately wrote down everything, didn’t even ask the kids, and barely even let the grandfather talk. CPS usually ignores a lot of abusive behaviour

me neither
I love picking plants with my mother, and I think it's more fun than manual labor. Like I was shocked when they said that-
Since when does a child protective agent think helping your grandpa in a garden is manual labor
The fact that teachers call child protective services on struggling parents/legal guardians instead of supporting them says all you need to know about the educational system.
what about people who beat their kids
imo as a person raised by a struggling parent, i really don’t think people should bring kids into this world unless they have a reliable & consistent source of income. i get not wanting to abort, i do but honestly if you yourself KNOW and are aware that you do not have a HOUSE to raise the child in, a healthy & non toxic environment to raise the child in, and the income needed to raise a child AND still sustain yourself, i think it’s selfish to NOT try to find adoptive parents who do have the means to give the child the life they deserve. it is completely unfair to bring a child into this world knowing it’ll be raised in poverty.
capitalism is that what you are referring to?
how is that wrong if a parent isn't taking care of kids properly they need new caretakerss
Yess
This man isn't a "bad parent," he was unexpectedly left to raise two kids and it took some time to adjust, what happened to supporting each other? He clearly loves them and wants what's best for them but was a victim of circumstances.

That was so sad! The principal, the Bullseye boss, the police man, and the CPS caseworker disgusted me.
I could not believe that cps was called on those poor kids. It really broke grandpa’s heart. The court system is truly broken
Because they punish financially insure families and don't ever do their jobs against the kids who need them like neglectful and abusing households.
Naming a girl Ocean is beautiful!
That child service lady is taking it too far even though it's acting🤨😡
As someone who has dealt with child protective services, I feel deeply for this grandpa. I know this is a skit, but this happens everyday more than people realize.
As for that teacher, she should have minded her business or tried to help/get him help! I personally would have had a few impolite words for her.

This one actually brought tears to my eyes. Hard to watch the whole way through, for some reason it hit 10x as hard as your other videos.
When does a social worker have a right to take the children away for yard work that they want to do
Watching the kids get taken away from their Grandpa really broke my heart. He tries his best to take care of them. He actually got the food that they liked and stuff and tries his best to take the kids to school on time too. Sometimes is hard for the elderly family to take full custody responsibility for everything. Grandpa did a good job and the kids helped him too. 😇👍
I wouldn’t say he’s a “bad parent” because he’s trying as hard as he can to please his grandchildren.

That's exactly how others treat people they look down upon. They assume the worst about them, without knowing the full story, or asking if they can help in any way. Selfish, and heartless troublemakers!!!
What really mattered was the fact he didn't care about the fact he has to do his work and doing other chores, he just focused and prioritized the children in the memory of his son. W Grandpa

I like that videos these days are getting realistic, more like real life problems we all face in our lifes at some pointing time.
So glad the grandfather got his grandchildren back thank you so much for sharing
The fact that the teacher called child protective services on the guardian instead of supporting them says everything you need to know about the educational services..also to me that was just wrong this teacher didn't know what the guardian was going through or how hard he was trying😢
This is not child neglect this is just a grandparent who is struggling but still loves these children and they still have food and all their needs so there is no reason to call child services

Like, I don’t think it’s fair that people can come in and just take your kids away just because someone thinks your a bad parent
50/50 to me tbh
that's because it doesnt work like it was in the video. cps can't just take your kids away from a single visit and a report, they have to do a proper investigation.
