Artillery Pill Box at Omaha Beach, June 2024

On a trip to Europe, I was able to take a tour of the Normandy beach landings about one week after the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Our final stop of the tour was the location of several in-tact German artillery positions. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed much time here as we had an hours long bus ride back to Paris.
