Im pretty sure riot secretly buffed daisy by allowing her to apply on hit, which is 99% of what makes ivern so op rn

I like that he is playable now, but imo is a bit tad broken, cant even poke him on lane after he gets like 30 cdr, cant kill daisy cant do anything

Give me a champ that can Zhonyas forever.
But if the shields doesnt pop unless broken wouldn't his gank potential be worse Like using the sheild on daisy is a big part of his stick potential
