I know I was thinking the same thing. I was trying to work with a public figure and artist but when he met me, all the business deals we talk about, that I thought were going to be implemented, it never happened. He had an attraction towards me and business was the last thing on his mind. He disrespected me and stalked me. I was shocked and hurt. I realize I can’t do business with men in the entertainment industry. A lot of men abuse power or their name.

As an IP/trademark lawyer, I'd advise you to get your trademark done through gov agencies (Companies House in the UK for example). This form of a trademark is sometimes unenforceable and doesn't stand up to legal scrutiny! It's very cheap to legally trademark without seeking legal advice, just a few forms to fill in (online these days) with a small fee.

Unfortunately, the poor man's trademark/patent/copyright doesn't hold up in court anymore. You have to go to uspto to formally file so it's legal.

ADRIENNE!! My husband is in Marine Corps bootcamp right now and with Covid restrictions I may not be able to see him until he is completely done with training which will be next year. Yess ! A small business is completely hard to run ! I run my own Jewelry business! It’s even harder when you feel like your own family or friends don’t see the vision . So when you come up greatly it’ll feel so much better to know you did on your own !

Love this!! Due to the pandemic my job went from full time to super part time abd I decided to use my knowledge and skills as a project manager and Executive assistant to start my own VA company! With a 2 yr old I had to be resourceful and feed my family. Now God is taking me in a bigger direction of this business. It's beautiful when you truly put all your effort and hard work into building a business 💪👏

Normally these kind of videos people give you advice like 'have a vision', 'think of your passion', 'think of a niche' and that's it.
