Hi howdy.. so I have had all the same issues plus more! I can't get the Bluetooth to work at all, even with the location on! I have asked the company for help (none) I have asked for help from the seller (even worse).. I went back to the HW1080! Love it and probably won't ever look back at the POS!!!
@@oddsandendsrc well I think that would be AWESOME.. everyone wants to show it taking it out of the box and then the next step is it's all hooked up paired settings are being changed!!! Well I would give anything to see a video that actually shows it being paired and the steps to do that. I'm so sick of the company telling me that I'm doing something wrong would I took it to an actual hobby shop hey them to install it and then for it not to work! I have been in this hobby since I was 13 years old I'm now in my 40s I have built many many projects and for me not to be able to figure this out is very frustrating
I was thinking that too, but half the time I would go back into it, some of the settings that were set before had changed. Not giving up on it yet though!
I have one also it does the same glitch from forward to backwards but a little bit worse when actually on the rocks I miss the 1080 and they better fix it quickly or it is getting tossed and 1080 here I come
In the settings, at the top is calibration, try to recalibrate it again and right when you finish there is a setting for neutral something, can't remember what it's called, mine was set on 20, I changed it to 10 and then saved. That fixed the issue!

I think the custom is because you have changed a couple of parameters. I have a basher rig I may try this on.

Will it run an 8 turn motor ?
I dont think so, it more of a crawler esc.
