Even though I engage in investing, I feel disheartened by my lack of expertise in assessing the performance of individual companies and determining the optimal timing for stock purchases. The erosion of my financial reserves due to inflation adds to my concerns. At this point, I require precise market trajectory information, but I find myself unsure about the appropriate course of action.

As a mom, my heart goes out to the first caller who is pregnant. I wish I could hug her and tell her it will be ok. 75k is a great income for u and baby. A baby is only as expensive as a parent wants it to be. I would get second hand everything for the first year because they grow so fast. Unfortunately even her being 10 weeks along. If she is looking into daycare she should put her child on the wait list now. I put mine on at the same time and I waited over a year for her to go to daycare.

It's not only for food and shelter, it's for all the every day and every year things till that child is 21. She's not being kind or considerate "thinking about it" and I can understand that because it's just happened but she needs to do a lot of research on to other child support documents and find a lawyer who will get the child support it needs.

It's funny how you assumed she was even hoping to have children in the first place. 35 is not old to have children, considering women are having children in their 40s these days. Confused about why single mom "needs" to move out of her mom's house???? What? Reality is a single mom needs emotional, physical, and financial support with new baby. Seems like mom could give her some grace for the short time a baby is a baby...her grandchild.
Once baby can talk and olden enough for some kind of school, it's safe for out of family care. There's a LOT of issues and research of negative impact of day care in this nutty world.
People make all kinds of sacrifices to put kids through college, but dismiss importance and value of MOST CRITICAL time of when new baby's entire brain is wired and character shaped for a lifetime. A child's entire personality and character is DONE by time child is SEVEN years old. Without a solid, secure infant phase, children are set-up for failure.

At that time, I was granted two years to re-enroll with one of the following classes. After that, I would have to reapply but if all issues were resolved would be pretty much guaranteed acceptance. That may have changed since I was in school, and it may vary by college. She should definitely talk to the Dean.

They tell you that they'll give you a loan against your house and when you die it's deducted from your estate and your children still get the house after that money is deducted. That is a lie. It's not that simple. The fees are astronomical and with their income, they are much better off doing one repair at a time, saving up, and not risking their home.

All of the personalities can learn so much from Dave - but also, Dave knows the value of learning from others which is why the personalities layer the show so well. Great people around you will stabilize the company and allow all of them to ripple out more positive impact! John and Jade and George and Rachel bring so much to the team. Also love Ken and loved Anthony. John’s show is incredibly helpful. And I look forward to Jade having her own with “how to get it done” practical/ been there spice!!
Also, George is incredibly talented with snark and details, love his UA-cam! I still follow Christy B Wright as a female entrepreneur and believer! Dave sees great people and hires personalities well.

I have learned so much watching this channel. I make a relatively good income but if you asked me where my money went each month I couldn’t tell you. I also impulse bought items I didn’t need and racked up some credit card debt. Making a budget was eye opening. I first made one based on what I “thought” I was spending and realized how far off I was in some areas. I don’t eat out very often but when I do it’s usually a nice dinner with drinks and I realized I was blowing $250 on 2-3 dinners a month. I’m now more confident with my spending habits, can pretty accurately estimate my spending, and will be debt free by September of this year. My only criticism to the general recommendations these folks make is when they suggest people need to spend the bare minimum and live like a college student eating ramen noodles. I suppose each person’s financial situation is different, but for me it’s like starting a diet and going cold turkey. Eventually most people will binge. Had I thrown every penny at my debt I think I would have failed. I still allow myself a little “fun” money so it’s not so restrictive. At the end of the day it will cost me an extra $250 in interest but it’s worth it to me to have some flexibility to still spend a little on non essentials. I’m sure it’s a completely different situation for people who struggle just to make ends meet.

Tiffany needs to get a paternity test established from that bone head and go after child support once the baby is born. The guy is gonna try to avoid it. But, she needs money for that kid and to know that guys medical history, in case the kid has issues later that require a blood transfusion or some other medical issue. Its never easy to be a single parent even if the other parent helps out, but not having any info about the father is gonna hurt the kid in the long run. She absolutely needs to get an attorney to help her go after paternity testing and child support....or he signs away his rights in exchange for family medical history information.

Will your wife and family be happy with you gone most of that time - a totally different schedule than what they have been used to with you as an engineer? Will your wife deal well with fluctuating rather than a steady income? LOTS of things to consider - this would be a seismic change of lifestyle.

Child support - should file with district Attorneys office immediately. They keep track, they collect it (a lot do not pay Even in court order to pay) thus, DA has ability to have it taken out of their check before they get it. They also keep track of amount owed so if they quit or ditch, the amount accrues and is debt they can take when monies come up again.
