I was running errands in 110 degree heat and felt like I had a heat stroke! I was seeing shapes and colors in my peripheral vision. Dehydration is real in this heat!

Hey Kayla, Oh my goodness! I’m so happy you were treated for the dehydration. You got treated pretty good. Awe, Sissy is scoping around to get her a toy from mamas desk 😹. Clepto kitty. I used to have a cat that would steal my kids beanie babies! He loved the shark. I wished Ida let him keep the shark. I’d put it back in the beanie baby pile. Those toys aren’t worth the tag. 😂. Collector item. Meh. But I cared back then. 🤷🏻♀️ My liver is messed up from meds. That’s why I go every other month when the numbers are bad. I ate immodium last week. Last few days have rehydrated , thank God. Actually ran an errand today without nausea, etc… so, praises! I’ll take it. lol. Pet Sissie so she’ll leave. lol. I’ll keep you & Jenn in my prayers. If you had continued without seeing the doctor you would have continued to get more dehydrated until Jody would be finding you in the floor. Maybe the liver is inflamed from the infusion therapy your on, hopefully once all that has been completted your liver will be happy again. Hope you and Phoebe are feeling much better. I am very healthy, but I once was so dehydrated that I felt sooo sick, barely able to move. My doc sent me to the ER for IV fluids. After two bags, I felt so much better. But dehydration is serious business. Keep drinking you tea! Take care of your wonderful self 😊

Hi Kayla, im so glad you went to hospital, it’s usually when you’re the sickest and don’t feel like going that you really should go. I once went through a narcolepsy episode for months and was too tired to go to the doctor, when I finally got there, it turned out I was depleted of iron and needed iron infusions. I was at the point of thinking the funeral home was my next stop. Life has been a loooong journey. 🙏💞🙏

I am so very sorry you are so sick. I know you didnt feel like going to the dr, but God knew you needed to go, since you were so ill. I pray the kidney infection was caused from being dehydrated. I think you were dehydrated because you were suffering from a heat stroke. Like you, I battle from an autoimmune disease and some of my medications cause me to be very heat sensative, also like you. I take Zofran too and every single time Im nauseated enough to take it, it actually makes me throw up! Of course, I usually feel better after I do throw up but it doesnt keep me from being nauseated! So, I am thankful that heat and humidity have backed off today. It was in the 50's last night and only 70's today.
