If you have apnea be sure to bring a 30 day compliance. Your current machine may be able to be fitted with a modem... Otherwise you may need to purchase a new machine that will transmit the reading while OTR. If not you can get a sleep study done in Springfield and get set up. I have been driving 5 years and had my CPAP 3 years. It isn't a big deal as long as it is treated. Good luck

I'm out of work for a surgery. While I'm down I'm getting lots of power walks. Losing weight. Feeling good. Feeling strong. I can't wait to get back to work, but I have to get my follow-up appointment done at the end of the month. I'm doing well, but I sure miss "the life". Prime has been a real life changer for me since February of 2003. I'm so very grateful. Thank you.

Can someone discuss Load Choice and what's going on with pre plan loads pls. It's a great program in my opinion. And with all the lawsuits from California and a few other states I think it helps the company when it comes to classification of drivers.

Is their a reason why D seat has to go through “team driving” before upgrading to solo. I was under the assumption that after my 50k miles I would be able to upgrade and go lease right out of training

If you are going through the Prime Training Program, you are eligible to upgrade early now at 30k to become a team company driver, or you can be eligible for upgrade at 50k to become a solo driver. Hope that makes sense! We recently added the early upgrade team option so it's not yet on our website. It is looking like we won't be able to have any in person events the rest of the year unfortunately, but the Night of the Millionaires is an annual event so we should be able to host all the million milers next Spring (granted COVID restriction is no longer preventing big groups). It's usually in Feb/March time.
If you decide to do company team while waiting for upgrade to do lease after meeting miles is there a requirement to do company team for a certain a time frame?
Hello Sayno! We take health and safety very seriously here at Prime. Masks are required inside all terminals and when coming within six feet of others on Prime grounds. Masks are taken off during the video to make it easier to understand the speaker while others keep their distance.

I dont even work for you guys and I watch the videos. I was suppose to go to utah. At that time I had alot going on in my family. They were telling me to go and I didnt want to. Although I really wanted to be a truck driver. So I pulled a no call no show. And I blocked the recruiter on impulse because I didnt know what to tell them at that time. When I did reach out to the recruiter. They told me I know longer qualify for the school. That I would have to get my license elsewhere and drive for six months before I would qualify. I had my last job for fifteen years. Im fifty two years old. I just want a good job that I can work until I retire. I dont like to leave jobs after I get one. Its easier to stay. If I could get hired there I wouldnt leave. But thats all up to you if you would want me.

I think you have to commit to company team for a total of 4 months after upgrade. I am not 100% sure on that but fairly certain of it.
