“It is hard to be a believer than to be an unbeliever” it is really true, it is hard to be a Christian because we are giving up the worldly things and taking up the cross of Jesus Christ and walking the narrow road, there’s temptation on the way and requires perseverance but there is joy and victory at the end, the narrow road leads us to joy and happiness and the joy and hope we find by walking the narrow road is immeasurable.
It is easy to walk the broad road, it’s free way and every thing seems so good, there’s enjoyment and pleasures but at the end there’s hopelessness, lost, life is measurable, dissatisfaction and anger takes you over. I am blessed by this testimony, May God bless you and give you wisdom and strength.

Same, i don't understand what's so hard ... I mean, what God gives you is more than what the world has... His love, his greatness, when you are filled with the lord it's the biggest joy, i don't get why anyone would want to risk that when we already know the ending, even if being a christian was the hardest thing (that it isn't) between choosing to be happy for a little time and in agony forever, or being sad for a little while and overall live happy forever, i would with no doubt choose the second one... He made clothes for adam and eve after they discovered their nakedness, spared Noah and his family from the Flood, saved Lot from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorah, sends Joseph into egypt to ultimately save Egypt and his family from starvation, delivered Israel from Egypt... the list goes on. @P Last Name As said the Pharisees who killed Jesus because He healed on the Sabbath. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and you walk after the Holy Spirit, you are not under the Law, but under grace. We are saved by Grace, not by keeping the law. We pray for the Holy Spirit to enlighten our understanding, so that we may fully understand the Scriptures and understand God's will for us in Christ Jesus. It is He who saves us and not we ourselves. God bless you.

    • @s.journey8869
      @s.journey8869 3 роки тому +6

@P Last Name I'm sorry you feel that way. All I can say is that Jesus is way more loving than any of us humans, even with all our good intentions. But He is also One with God. So if you say that we have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and we ask Him to reveal in our lives anything we ARE that is contrary to the will of God, He will do just that. He will reveal EVERYTHING. But only if we seek Him in Spirit and in truth. In John 8, the mob wanted to stone the woman who was caught in adultery. Jesus said to them " he who is without sin, let him cast the first stone". Jesus then said to her "where are your accusers? Has no one condemned thee?" To which she replied "No, Lord." Then Jesus said "Neither do I condemn thee. Go and sin no more". See the love that Jesus showed for the sinner, yet, he did not condone the sin. That is what a true follower of Christ does, because we are all imperfect in one way or another. We don't condemn the person. We love. We treat others as we want to be treated. But we also seek Jesus Himself so that He can reveal to us what is sinful within us, and we now have to be willing to turn from that sin.. and the GREAT news is, the Holy Spirit of God helps us to do so. That is why she said "don't seek heterosexuality; seek Jesus" and He will reveal within us all that needs to go. That's all I'm saying. Love you with the love of the Lord. Stay blessed.

YES! Everything she said was spot on.... This is truly the result of Holy Spirit insight and revelation! When we encounter the living God, when we enter into relationship with Christ and He begins to show us Who He is and how deep His love for us is.... When we experience His incredible patience and grace, His gentle touch.... THAT is what does the heart changing, healing, transformative work within us!! We can't show anyone in the world the truth of the Gospel by pointing to SIN, we have to be a point of love and unconditional acceptance and let God's work in each of us point to our SIN by showing us the deeper issues of our hearts!!
The root of sin isn't the things we do, or the stuff we want, it's a heart issue, an infection that causes all of us to experience affection for those things that are contrary to God's best for us. For each of us exactly where it begins is different, but for all of us it is caused by the faulty way we filter our human experiences, especially those that wound our hearts. How we perceive those experiences without God in our lives , and the lies we believe about ourselves, others, and the world as a result of those experience and wounded places left unattended to by God, leaves us broken searching for ways to feel whole and finding things of this world to fill us up, but they leave us empty!

Nothings wrong with being bi i don't understand why people believe the bible originally wanted LGBTQ to be punished . That's an idea from the bible created by homophobic Christians who think they have the right to judge people based on their sexuality and the people they're attracted to . I'm happy that I've learn not all Christians have negative , homophobic, bi phobic and transphobic ideas about LGBTQ+ . Forcing people to leave their church for their sexuality or thinking telling lgbtq+ they'll burn in hell for eternity will make them fake being heterosexual and start believing in christianity or telling them they're committing a sin and being LGBTQ+ is harmful depressing and suicidal isn't a very appropriate and positive thing to say to them i dont care what you say but that is homophobic and isnt at all accepting you should be ashamed to say horrible and disgusting things . This makes people hate Christians and make negative assumptions about them . Some will complain about not being liked while saying things that can clearly offend groups of people educate yourself on the history of homosexuality in the bible to then see it's not an actual sin and in fact it was added by a homophobic Christian and I'm happy that i now know not to make assumptions or say things about the religion out of anger because not all Christians say things like this .

In fact why are you even here listening to this video of a woman following 'a magic book' Textual variants of spelling and grammar mistakes do not change the message of the bible and books in the bible where based on Israel's actual history. Culturally, I find it offensive to call "grown men" boys and/or "grown women" girls. History has proven (as well as my personal experience) that some people intentionally reference grown people of color as "boy or girl" as an insult or form of superiority. I don't know you, and I can't hear your tone through text, so I believe that is why the original comment was made to "be mindful". I used to be heavily involved with the gay lifestyle. Was hitting clubs every weekend, raves, going to cafes and libraries that were LGBTQ+ oriented, also led a double life in bathhouses, sex clubs and Circuit parties. Was deep into cocaine and ketamine throughout the week, and GHB and ecstasy whenever hitting the clubs. Was watching porn during classes in Med School, and every breathing moment I had in between classes. Was always lusting on random guys in the street and on the web. Was using all major gay apps and having sex several times in a day.
God has called me April 2020 and has delivered me from all addictions. The first three months after coming to Christ not one sexual thought has crossed my mind whatsoever, nor did I struggle with cravings (which for a heavy drug user who’s been to rehab three times in the past, was miraculous in and of itself) for cocaine and ketamine. Haven’t watched pornography ever since. Deleted social media and started helping the homeless around my neighborhood.
I was scrolling down the comments section and have unfortunately encountered many comments suggesting she is denying who she is. How sad for people to actually think that they are merely their own sexual orientation. I am so much more than my same-sex attraction. I am first and foremost a child of the Most High God, who no longer has to fill the ever-growing void in his chest with hookups, pornography or drugs. For the first time in my whole life I no longer strive for belonging, for attention-seeking from peers via facebook, no more need to pretend I have this perfect instagram-ready life for everyone to see.
People who preach that the gay lifestyle is “being true” to oneself answer me this: how free are you really? How removed are you from the ways of this world? Your need to belonging somewhere and fitting somehow? To have people perceive you as being happy and leading a good life? Pretending to be good in so-and-so? How many addictions can you quit right on the spot, if you wanted to - without struggling?
Are you really free? I am free. Sure, I might not be having sex anytime soon, perhaps not ever. But it sure pays off to be this free. And to one day meet my Creator.
God is not the author of confusion, most of our ethos rolls out due to our upbringing. I was raised by a divorced mother, with an absent father, and spending too much time in front of the television watching Sailor Moon and disney princesses. Then had a sexual encounter at 14 that pretty much shaped the rest of my teens and adult life. Would things play out different had I grown in a more structured family, with less time spent in front of the tv _pro gram mi ng_ ? Maybe.
I hope my testimony goes out to help anyone who’s struggling right now. God may never remove your sexual preference from you, but that is irrelevant, because HE can make you whole again. HE can fill the void your life. Not men/women. Only HIM.
You’re much more than the labels within the gay community! These labels were set in place to give you a false-sense of belonging: Don’t let your entire existence be centered around “twink””bear””otter””lipstick lesbian””butch” or what have you. You were created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26).

In the Bible God never talked about same-sex relationships, he just talked about man with woman and woman with man. He never said you can't be with men with men and woman with woman. There is a huge chance that fifty 50% of us will go to hell and 50 50% of us will go to heaven. She isn't repressing anything. She's choosing to live by a higher spiritual principle. I was bisexual, and spending time in the presence of God, getting to know Him as my Father and knowing it wasn't his intent for my life completely obliterared my same-sex attraction. On our own, in our humanity, we cannot say no to our sinful natures and desires. We can only turn away from it when our spirit comes alive again because we are born spiritually dead and cut off from God. Our human nature is warped, the image of God in us has been damaged. As Christians we cannot call good bad in good conscience.
Those of you who judge this woman for choosing Christ do so because you don't and can't understand until you make that same choice.
I came to faith in a similar fashion, in the privacy of my room. Nobody preached to or at me, God Himself invaded my life with His love.

As a child, I always knew that I was attracted only to the opposite gender, and that because I was repulsed at the thought of having a relationship with a female, that those who were so inclined were born different. Having spent 70 years in religion, I am thankful that I never bought in to the story that a god was offended by homosexuality. You might, or might not, relate to the following words that I wrote November 4, 2020 … “They said I was an old soul …They said I was a kind soul …They said I had a fool’s soul …They said I was a lonely soul … They said I was a lost soul … They said I was a wicked soul … They said I had an evil soul. They never once said that I had a saved soul … and when I asked them why … They told me that that was only for God to decide … as they were not supposed to judge.”

This woman makes me so sad... I can't imagine having to repress all the feelings of loving who you want and how you want to express yourself. She's is a beautiful artist and I wish she could know that she is loved as she is and can pursue a life of loving freely while pursuing god :( I love you Jackie and I'm sorry for you

MOST WILL FALL SHORT OF THE LORD. We are all sinners. To feel its okay because the majority is doing it is just crazy. Read the Bible.

*Romans **5:18** Therefore as through one man's offense, judgement came to all men resulting in condemnation, even so through one man's righteous act the free gift came to all men resulting in justification of life.*
Caution: JESUS CAME THAT WE MAY BE forgiven and delivered from that bandage of sin. For HE did not came for righteous ones! Never!! Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it HE said to them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician but those who are sick. [ I ] did not come to call righteous but *sinners* to repentance HE SAID.
JESUS LOVES SINNERS AND HE'S ABLE TO FORGIVE THEM.

Once a person learns to love God first and themselves second then they can be saved but delivered as well and it starts by humbling oneself to God repenting , getting baptized and receive God's ANOINTING and TONGUES by every day calling upon his son name JESUS ! JESUS ! JESUS ! JESUS ! JESUS ! JESUS....!!!! 🙏🙏

God love you very much already, don’t be hard on you, everything is a process and is different for each of us,we are all special for god,god wants us that we love him and accept Jesus his son first , you focus on your relationship with god and he will do the rest, he know you better and knows when and how, and what you need, grow in the knowledge of him, spend time with him read his word,he will talk to you , don’t lose hope, be strong ,he love you for sure , he knows your heart and your deepest desire and that desire must be to be like him, desire to be obedient to him,to be grateful, and that desire comes when we spent time with him , he always is with you all the time , and the lord love you don’t forget that not matter what , blessed
