Their leather models are different because they source better skins and treat them well, all before the build process. With a plastic, you realistically do nothing to make it better than another plastic, so with the Alpha, it only comes down to assembly and the special plastic in the plate

The Karvo plate, which barely feels different from the generic one in the Crazyfast. The fact that your arguement is "you do not like my boots, your opinion is dumb" is really ironic
I just got these in AG Japan version. After a 3-4 games of use, I can confirm these are levels above Vapor 15 Crazyfast.1 and Crazyfast+. I haven’t enjoyed a pair of cleats this much since the black/green leather F50’s or the Vapor 10 so I had to order the FG version as well to test the soleplate. I’ve also always been a size 10 across every pair mentioned including tiempos, but I went down 1/2 a size and they fit perfect. At first they were good with thin grip socks from Wefoot and now they also fit with the regular cushion ones as well.
i was told that even AG version is for AG, some people found FG fits stable on AG because of the hill part. i think it’s def worth to try both FG and AG version.
I have the elites in the AG stud pattern and love the extra lace hole in the top. It makes a world of a difference with lockdown. They’re holding up very well and are a great boot!
Love the alpha. Upper, sole plate, heel liner and comfort are all amazing. Bought the japan version in the black colorway because I wanted the iridescent finish.
I just bought the black made in japan version alpha they are great I prefer durability and quality over a lower cost boots. I will pay for quality any day
that plastic under the insole is surprisingly helpful to my foot movement especially for a better responsiveness. I didn’t have a chance to try the crazyfast plus, but .1LL, Copa+, Ultra, Predator, even Morelia neo 4 beta, and non-beta and these alpha are my favorites especially on turf in the winter time. in specific when they are about $220 or less.

Last christmas I got morelia 2s and after a year they got absolutely destroyed the upper is torn apart the color is lost in most of the places and now i got another morelia 2s and I was wondering if there arent any creams to help it without damaging the softness and performance of the boot.
yeah 7.5 in Nike for me but these in a 7 feel completely fine, prob could go another half size lower given the give in the laces but def run smaller than Nike
Yeah, I wear size 10 US in nearly everything from Nike to Vans, I’m a size 9 in Converse Chuck Taylors. I tried on my friend’s 9.5 US Mizuno Alpha MIJ and lengthwise they were perfect.

Not sure, but I just picked up the AG Elites. Was super skeptical as a 3stripe leather guy. But I really wanted the reduced cleat height and stay under $200 (sorry 3stripes). It took a few minutes to get used to but they ended up surprising me on the comfort and touch.

He doesn’t want to go through sites like eBay where sellers don’t have a return policy so buyers are stuck if they get a crappy product or one that doesn’t fit. Which is fair enough. The boots that he has reviewed that aren’t readily available in the North America market (recent examples being the two Skechers silos) he probably sources through unisport through his friendship with JayMike.
If you don’t want to over pay I would suggest the Alpha Elite. I have both the MJ and Elite models and you can’t tell a difference. In the Neo model you can tell a difference between the MJ and Elite model but even then it’s minimal. In the Alpha, the biggest difference is found in the running bird, the MJ model is texturized and the Elite isn’t. Hopefully that helps, if you have more questions I’d be happy to answer them from my point of view since I own both models.
Having a $320 pair made in Japan model when you have an alternative $200 pair that more or less shares the same features just somewhat makes it pointless. $320 for a pair of football boots is a bit of a nonsense these days even if it’s leather or made in countries like Italy,Germany and Japan. While I don’t deny MIJ alpha is a great pair but again the $320 pricetag is just too steep to pay
