Put some on just the gem back then cure. Then put a coat on it cure again. Maybe wipe the brush off to eliminate a lot of the glue maybe it's sliding around too much because there's too much glue or something I just did the same exact kit in mine stayed with the small light
Iv tried so many times and it just doesn't set under the light that's provided
