Supergaaf om te zien waar je vandaan kwam en waar je nu bent. Ik herken je er wel in hoor, waar je nu staat en toen. Tuurlijk een hoop veranderd.
Mooi om te zien hoe je begonnen bent, als beginnende art journaller is dat erg prettig om te zien, dat niet elke pagina perfect is (of hoeft te zijn) dank voor het delen!
Wat leuk om te horen dat je deze video zo gaaf vindt!!! Dat maakt mij echt super blij!! En wat tof dat je mij er wel in herkent ook al is er veel veranderd over de jaren. Fijn om te horen dat het als beginnende art journaler prettig is om te zien waar ik ben begonnen. Ook ik ben ergens begonnen. Art journaling is echt een journey en hoe meer je maakt, hoe beter je wordt. Hoe beter je je producten leert kennen en hoe meer je je eigen stijl vindt. En inderdaad, niet elke pagina hoeft perfect te zijn. Als ik alleen zou delen wat ik perfect vind dan denk ik dat ik 1x per 3 maanden een video upload in plaats van 3x per week😂. Leuk om te zien hoe je bent begonnen als art journaller. Jouw werk is inderdaad in loop der jaren veranderd maar toch zie je nog wel wat elementen terug in jouw werkproces van nu. En wat ik ook knap van jou vindt is dat je veel technieken hebt uit geprobeerd. Daar kan ik nog wat van leren! Bedankt voor jouw video!

Hi Kyra! I loved to see yor old work back! It was the beginning of something great! You can be proud of it! I remember that I was the one who reminded you to put the dates on your art! You defenitively have evolved, but I can see YOU in all of those pages! I remember all of the pages from the 4th one, and yes, I very much loved the page with the heart! I think that the first ever video I saw from you came from that book, back in 2016. You know what I was thinking, watching it? I thought it would be fun to make a new page inspired by an old one, with your new skills, like for example the girl in your first journal! That could be a challenge, no? Although I really loved this girl, it would be fun to see how you would draw her now! xxx

Really nice to see your process from starting with art journaling until a few years later! Makes me think a lot better about my own ‘art’ (I don’t even really like to call it an ‘art’ journal since I think it’s not worth the name 🙈). I was a bit surprised hearing you say you didn’t really like your people drawing skills in the beginning because I really liked what you drew and I would be so happy if I could draw like that 😀 but you have probably evolved a lot. I can’t recall a recent drawing with a person in your videos but I’m sure I will see it in a future flip through 😀 perhaps you can make a tutorial on it, so that we can all benefit a bit from your drawing skills and the things you learned 🍀thanks for sharing this flip through, I really enjoyed it!!
That is so good to hear!! We all started somewhere💙. I also had that when I started. But it is art. And what is the definition of art?🤔 Art is different for everyone. We had a fun discussion once at art school about what is art for you. A lot of different answers. I can understand that you were surprised. When I made them I was very proud of them. But the years have passed and I have learned so much. Looking back with the knowledge I now have is very different 😊. There is nothing wrong with those drawings. But you know the achiever in me. And it is true that there are no recent drawings in my videos with a girl. I find it very hard to film those. I feel that it has to be perfect and I put a lot of pressure on myself. Also, you see a lot of my head 🤣. I will see if I can find the confidence to make a video about that🙈. Thank you so much for your comment💙. So good to hear that you loved the flip through!!🥰

@@KyraPace ik dacht daar veel materialen en producten voor nodig te hebben en zocht naar goede ideeën.
En nu ga ik gewoon starten met het alles wat ik in huis heb en met een mooie/leuke zin of woorden.
Dat snap ik heel erg goed! Ik heb ondertussen ook veel spulletjes en dat zie je natuurlijk online. Ik ben begonnen met een paar kleuren verf en een tijdschrift. Meer heb je niet nodig om te beginnen😄. Er komen vanzelf meer spulletjes als je het leuk vind om te doen. Super leuk dat je nu bezig gaat met wat je in huis hebt!!! Ik wens je heel veel plezier🥳. Mocht je ooit vragen hebben, voel je altijd vrij om die te stellen💙

Wat me trouwens op viel, is dat de meest favoriete pagina's bijna allemaal vlinders bevatten :D Sowieso veel vlinders in de journals :)
