Mixed media art journaling is my favourite form of journaling; out of all those other types of journals I keep. Mainly because, most of the time, you never need to plan ahead for a spread. And the results are always something unexpected; sometimes bad, or sometimes... better than what you expected! It's the best art journaling form to destress and let your mind wander.

Just a suggestion. To keep your pages from sticking together, you may want to try to insert between your finished pages a sheet of cooking parchment paper. Just a thought, your journal is so beautiful would be a shame if the pages got stuck together and ruined.

Your journal is beautiful, thank you for sharing your work and been honest obout how some pages don't come out great for you, you've helped us with some of your experiments with the inks and water and paper napkins. i think theyre all lovely, it has given me great inspiration as im just getting into some journalling, and for me your journal represents life - not every day is going to be perfect but some days will be great like our pages.. Thank you for sharing your process and lessons learned! One tip is to use a workable fixative over things that smear like charcoal and pastels.

love each and every page of yours, your Dramoine page was so beautiful and the harry potter page came out so beautifully and merged so well with the colours and background. Love how you made pages inspired by Indian series, as a Indian I love Iss Pyaar ko kya naam du, love their chemistry and as a fellow potterhead I love Harry Potter and am a huge Dramoine fan as well

Thank you so much! That unicorn spread was also one of my personal favourites. Though like I'd mentioned in the video, it didn't turn out how I'd envisioned it to be in my mind. Haha!
Nonetheless, this first journal was done before I started my UA-cam channel. So, I didn't record any video process for any of them. :(
Let's see if I'll do something similar in my current Mixed Media Journal soon. :)
