- U.S. Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU-7), conduct 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31-MEU) forces and equipment offload on the beach in Australia as part of a large-scale amphibious assault during Talisman Saber 17. LCACs, launched from the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6), enabled movement of 31st MEU forces and equipment ashore in order for the MEU to complete mission objectives in tandem with Australian counterparts. Filmed on July 13, 2017.

This was my favorite beach to hit. The tidal range was something in the neighborhood of 20 feet and extended out nearly an eighth of a mile. "Tandem Thrust 2001" in the mighty-mighty LCAC-73.
