Are you able to post the actual route and/or GPS tracking for this route? I have been doing a bunch of the country/ranch roads in the hill country out towards Llana/Mason area, but I have yet to do the Twisted Sisters. I think I am planning on doing that soon with a friend and would love to include some of the country/gravel roads/etc. Thanks!
Grant - you can find the track for this ride here (in the files section at the top of the page) there are other tracks as well - the one you are looking for is Hill Country ADV Loop - share some of your favorite rides with us on the group page! facebook.com/groups/2476384522492286/files
I put in some fiber equipment for fiber to the home in Leakey TX and Tarpley TX just last year and have put in some all around Bandera as well. Love the area. Just wish they more in the way of actual dirt bike riding for trails. As those area become available for high speed internet and people learn about it how cool it is down there its going to fill up. Its already expensive to buy any sort of land down there. As I was driving around in my truck I thought man... there are some really cool roads around there. In addition to the sisters. Check out all around Utopia if you have not.
Yes - Some of the footage in this video is right around Utopia. And it would be nice to have trails for smaller bikes also. This loop would not be very challenging on a small bike but it's great fun if you have a large adventure bike. Thanks for watching!
YES you can find a GPX file under "Files" on the North Texas Adventure Riders fB Group page. the GPX is called Hill Country ADV Loop facebook.com/groups/north.texas.adventure.riders
@@Interbeing_CDN Todd, thanks so much for responding. I’ve got my bike at right now getting a bunch of work done, but hope to have it out in a week or two. Parts depending. Are you a part of two wheel Texans?
Been there, done that! What a great ride, except for the slick water crossings!
I fell on that exact crossing. I had to pick my Africa Twin up by myself. Nice to have riding buddies
Tar 1 and Tar 2 are off the chain !!!! Great riding !!!! 🙂
Great video!
I’ve ridden the 3 sisters, but haven’t done the dirt roads out there. Looks fun!
You should ride the loop. The track is here in the files section at the top of the page. facebook.com/groups/2476384522492286
Hey Dan, great video... any way you could share the actual route you took. I'm sure several here would like to make this run.
Yes sir. You can find it here in the files section at the top of the page. facebook.com/groups/2476384522492286
Do I need to be a member of your FB group to access the file?
Requested to join. Great video. Thanks
Looks like a great ride. Some of those water crossings are crazy slippery with algae (as I discovered a couple of weeks ago)
Yes I don't like the paved ones. And more and more are getting paved. 8(
Specifically what roads were the off road and gravel roads you thought were great? Just CR 111, or were there more?
would you please share the off road routes you took in the video, Thanks
Good stuff Photo Man!
Thanks Randy

Yeah development going up everywhere is really taking away from the little Texas beauty we have left.
Same thing is happening in East Texas as well. Folks are moving out of the big cities in search of rural property and it is getting crowded!
Dan, new rider in Georgetown here. Would love to come meet you guys.
Hey Pneumatic, I live in Austin and always looking for someone to ride with. Let me know if you are interested in riding together some time.

I guess you have never been told that it is illegal to pass when there is a double yellow line.
